NAO Japanese Ramen

It’s a modified version of ramen soup that we can drink, tasty and not salty. I love them all 💝
Shio ramen has white pepper in it.
Miso ramen has its homemade miso.
Ramen noodle is also homemade with nice texture.
I will try other type of ramen soup or side dishes next time.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Perhaps they can brighten a bit the lighting in the shop. Slightly dim.
Overall it’s a good dining experience. I’ll be back 😊

I got the pork katsu curry and my brother got the shoyu ramen. Both generous portions for the price they charged. Taste and authenticity was very close to Japan level standards i experienced in Japan. Highly recommend!

Nao and its Japanese head chef have been serving authentic ramen for many years at their previous and current location, and as other ramen places including international names have popped up and become popular they seemed to have upped the ante and the ramen has gotten better with its rich broth, springy options of noodles, and great toppings.

The main seating area is spacious, modern and comfortable. Service is good, although having to line up and order at the front before being seated isn't the best especially when they're busy.

Another best ramen in Perth. Shio ramen is my order every time, keep wanting to try other type of soup but always order the same one everytime. Chicken karage and gyoza are not nice but are little too salty for our liking. Curry rice is nice but not the best.

My famil and me went to this place for lunch. We ordered: Chicken Katsu Curry, Cha Shu Ramen, Chicken Ramen, Gyoza and Tokoyaki (squid pieces in a flour ball). Everything tasted good. The service was fast even though the place was full. It is a somewhat cramped place, so might not be so good for kids. Must have been about 15 dollars for a bowl of noodles

This has always been one of my favourite places to get ramen ever since I was in uni (which was a long time ago). Their portions are incredibly generous but most importantly the flavours and textures are really spot on. I have thoroughly enjoyed every bowl of ramen that Ive had here, and even the side dishes are a hit as well! The dipping noodles I have yet to try but I’m going to guess that they’re also great. Parking is quite easy to find around the area and they have an overflow section now so there’s really no reason not to try this place! In a city with ramen stores popping up everywhere this still remains one of my favourites.

This ramen shop will not dissappoint you. you will feel you are in Japan. fantastic services, nature taste of shoyu ramen with hints of black pepper in soup, it is additional flavour for locals. creative and innovative. the owner is a Japanese lady who has operated this shop for last two decades. It is getting more and more popular.

I recently visited Nao Ramen and I was very impressed! The food was delicious and the servings were very generous. Additionally, the atmosphere was really nice and I felt comfortable while I enjoyed my meal. Highly recommend!

Delicious noodles in the heart of the city.

Well priced and well thought out ramen dishes. Home stretched noodles with a variety of broth and topping options.

I went for the spicy broth with the spare rib topping, additional pork oil and grated garlic. Portions are huge and there is a small corking fee for BYOB.

Highly recommend and will be back to sample the other noodle and broth options.

First time trying NAO and we will definitely be back.
We tried the shio and shoyu ramen, both were authentic and so delicious. The broth is simple but the flavour is well rounded, my favourite is definitely the shoyu ramen. For sides the fried squid was made perfectly, batter is spot on, bit of lemon and mayo wrapped it together perfectly. for the price point i think this was an excellent choice. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is so relaxing , the dim lights set a beautiful tone for the restaurant.

Food is gorgeous and very tasty ! And the staff and chefs are just so lovely .

I just wish they had a bigger selection of non alcoholic drinks .

My comfort bowl of good ramen. Ate here numerous of time. The quality is consistently good and service is fast and efficient. It's not a place where you will sit down and chat over a meal. It's more eat and go eating joint.

Best ramen in Perth! This is my favorite place for lunch in the CBD, where i go to eat delicious food and relax, the decor is fantastic, love the dim lights, don't know why some customers complained about that, I find it so soothing and relaxing during the day, don't want the bright lights at all, please don't change anything in your lighting. Amazing quick service, always friendly and attentive staff. Price is great, never waited longer than 10 minutes for my food. Ramen broth is so flavourful and delicious, my favourite is shoyu ramen. Also tried delicious pan fried gyoza and squid tentacles today, loved both!

First time in my life I have had Ramen. Went today and such a busy Restaurant. Ramen with so many choices, thoroughly enjoyed it but couldn't finish the last of the spouse, we also had for starters octopus balls of fish caked,everything was enjoyed

Awesome ramen! Had to wait in a small queue to be seated (Friday night), but the line moved quickly and it was worth the wait. Staff are very quick to take your order, however food comes out super fast! The Shio ramen with squid ink noodles was great. Added in crab stick, which went well with the dish. The only thing missing was the classic ramen egg, it wasn't included in the basic ramen. The okonomiyaki on a stick was magnificent, genius idea to serve it this way. It was crunchy and delicious, I would return solely for these, almost identical to the okonomiyaki served in Osaka (except miniature). Loved seeing the options of ramune on the menu too. Will definitely return to Nao!

I've been eating here as my #1 ramen place in Perth for over two years. The portions are generous, the food is excellent and the service is superb. There is so much customisation to the ramen here I love it! I highly recommend it, and will continue coming here.

My family favorite ramen, we always comeback to this cause of the delicious ramen and okonomiyaki stick.
The place a bit dark so it's look like you're in the pub but actually a friendly casual place. A long queue is always happened if come a bit late.
