I’m normally a regular, however i will go elsewhere for my lotto. Last two times i have been in, i have not been greeted or served with kindness. Instead i get served with a cold stiffening demeanour. It’s rather sad, this used to be the store to go.

In response to your response, i think you will find A) I am Not an ex staff member. B) Leaving an honest review about my experience is NOT defamation. C) Says a lot about a business to assume a negative review is from an ex staff member rather that what it actually is.. a negative review based on my experience. You are more than welcome to get your “legal team” involved. I know my rights, I’m allowed to leave an honest review, so I don’t have any issues with fighting this. I look forward to hearing from this legal team.

Most of the items in the shop are expired. I am shocked how they even run the stock? Please be mindful before picking anything as almost everything is expired in this store.
