Visited here the other day to pick up a "Click and collect" and the staff were really helpful and polite. The store is of a good size and you can find quite a few goodies in here.

No parking, though, but you will find spots in the covered carparks if needed.

Called and spoke to Kat who was very polite and helpful. In store I dealt with a gentleman Nye who was fantastic and very friendly. Overall a great experience and some of the best customer service experienced in Perth. Huge thanks!

After a late visit to the store tonight, I was welcomed openly and given great customer service from all team members. It did seem like a difficult scenario where I had traded many items to pre order the PS5 but Matt and Zoe who had assisted me were very persistent with ensuring that I truly got bang for my buck. The integrity from both of them felt 100% pure and I am surprised to find that one had only been with EB for a short amount of time! I greatly appreciate their help.

It's EB games. You know already that they are Australia wide with a huge stock of games and accessories.

Was in hotel quarantine and needed a new headset for my laptop, Thomas was happy to accommodate my circumstances and had a headset personally delivered to my hotel for the staff to take to my room within 30 minutes of placing the order (with a phone call made prior to the order to discuss the situation). I'm very happy with this service and highly recommend them

Despite moving out of the city this I can't imagine visiting another store. Always friendly service with knowledgeable and passionate staff who are so excited to talk about the games you're buying.

Amazing store with a lot of equipment for gaming as well as all the games and consoles of course. Always bustling with friendly people, plus there's a zing attached with plenty of game, fantasy and science fiction related items. One of my favourite eb game stores.

Great team !! Always say g'day how are you, can I help you with anything. Chris the Manager is a real team leader. Jokes around with the staff when they can't find something but all really nicely. I totally recommend joining up and popping in to pre-order or find a classic!! Really Really impressed.

Really good staff who patiently helped me spend lots of money for Christmas on both EB Games and Zing. This store was open at weeknights when Perth CBD has free parking.

These guys are awesome. They instantly price matched for me when I asked, which meant I could get the game I wanted! Great staff, would go back there to buy again.

Most of the other be games are smaller and this store has a department for every console and PC. It is so cool that there are consoles to play on and test there! It's a good place for good deals and cheap games. Would go there again

Very helpful staff, he went out of his way to find stuff that I needed. Along the way he updated me on items which would suite me better. Keep up the good work.

Jason at Hay Street EB Games is the MVP of the year. Cheers to him for still trying to do everything he can for customers during the busiest time of the year. All staff were friendly and helpful, but Jason is my main man. He is the man to help you carry the One Ring to Mordor. He is the man to help you hunt down the horcruxes. He is the support to your tank. Thanks Jason, even if we never found You’ve Got Crabs, we found one another.

Small place but very nice staff and fair range of accessories.

Good shop. Ordered a game on sale online but they didn't have the case as someone stole the last one from the aisle, they called to see if it was ok or wanted a refund prior to having to go there.
