Ben Abbey is hands down the best strata manager Ive come across in 5 years! No matter the situation Ben is prompt, efficient and able to provide real time updates. I particularly appreciate his willingness to help and the extra time he takes to ensure my questions are answered. It's been truly refreshing having a strata manager be so on the ball. Thanks Ben!!!

My stolen bike was returned at the Founders Lane Building in Cooyong Street. Kevin the building manager took it upon himself to find the owner. He called the police who were of no help even though it was reported to them almost two weeks prior. The bike was a $10 000 Trek bike, so he called the Trek Fyshwick store and based on the serial number, Trek where able to call me the owner. Kevin went above and beyond, he took the time to find the bikes owner so it could be returned. Thank you, Kevin, for your honesty. You did so much more than the police who are paid to do this kind of work. This story will never be forgotten, and neither will your kindness. There should be more people like you.

Yesterday, I mentioned to him that there were some overgrowth plants near garbage collection area that was becoming a hazard to the passing cars. And today when I come back from work, he has already trimmed them all back. He mentioned that in his email that since the contractor could not come for a while, he did all the trimming himself. Such is his dedication to the welfare of the residents. Thank you very much indeed.

I am a resident lives in the Sanctuary, I loves our complex, in fact I take daily walks around the complex at least twice a day. So I get to meet Jaime always, he is always super friendly, super helpful with about anything. Whenever there is any issues, Jaime would resolve it before anyone even notices it. The best part is, how beautiful and kind the people are. I always think people are the core of business, great people, great service, highly recommend. Very great service. Thank you Jaime again for your amazing work for us all residents!

Ewan is a wonderful strata manager. He promptly replies to emails and quickly addresses issues as they arise. In addition he has the ability to keep tenants and owners well informed and updated. A refreshing change from the managers I deal with in Melbourne.
His positive and helpful attitude is reflected in his ability to communicate with tenants, owners and trade companies undertaking work around the complex. Not an easy task in this current climate.
I have been impressed with his professionalism and support to the Executive Committee throughout the last twelve months as we have navigated a number of complex issues.

Francis Louis the concierge/building manager at Sapphire in Kingston is delightful to deal with and always courteous and approachable. He is happy to help make life easier for the owners. For example, we are quickly advised when a delivery arrives and Francis is kind enough to drop off to my apartment heavy or bulky deliveries that he is aware I would struggle to carry on my own. An additional service for which I am very grateful.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Murray who have been managing our building in great condition. Murray have been very helpful in organize team to fix the broken glass and he is very responsive to make sure the security access is updated. The team have also kept everyone up to date on the portal and email. Thank you for your professionalism and keep up with the great work! Wishing you all a happy holiday and stay safe!

Our Building Manager, Francis always has a smile on his face and nothing ever seems too difficult for him to take on. When we first moved in we had numerous empty crates that needed to be disposed of and rather than us taking them off to the Tip, Francis collected them on a few different days and combined them with the building's regular recycling. This was incredibly helpful and made things so much easier for us. It is always wonderful to know that he is 'on the job', with such a professional approach and is always so responsive to the needs within our building compound. Thank YOU Francis!

I’m writing this in appreciation for strata manager Ewan Chapman. From the day one we communicated with Ewan in Jan 2022, he showed a perfect example of a strata manager. He has the most positive and willing to help attitude. Ewan not only shows care for the property owners, tenants and buildings, he also respects all of us the same.

Recent months, our apartment had a few issues which involved the strata manager (Ewan). He helped us to resolve the issue in a timely manner. He put the owner/tenant's needs in his highest priority list. He has worked so hard to liaise/coordinate with the trades, committee members, myself and the tenant for the best solution of everyone.

The lovely Gillian! What a stellar young lady. Gillian has the right mixture of engaging the residents in conversation, yet not extending the conversation beyond what is appropriate. Pleasant, friendly, and very helpful, she is an absolute delight to have on our front concierge desk.

Murray, building manager of Highgate apartments is excellent at his job. His professionalism and care for the residents and their needs is above and beyond. The building is always neat and presentable and any issues are actioned quickly. Murray was also excellent in assisting me to fix some issues within my apartment when I first moved in. Always great to see Murray around the apartment building.

I just wanted to say that the building manager for Sentinel Belconnen, Gareth Paul, is fantastic. What he puts up with and what he does to look after the building and the tenants, while keeping a positive, cheerful, friendly and helpful attitude, is awesome. He deserves a pay raise! I’ve been living in a Newcastle building that Vantage manages and have had wonderful experiences with them. They are friendly to talk to, prompt with any delivery updates, and keep the building looking wonderful. Gillian who works at the Newcastle concierge is wonderful!

I live in a vantage strata managed building and the service is unparalleled. My partner and I have lived in many apartment buildings but none so good as this. Special mention to Gillian. The best conversationalist and super attentive to the needs of residents. I have no idea how she maintains such a high level of enthusiasm. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to run the concierge.
