Australian Lambskin Comfort Rug

I ordered a medical grade lambskin rug because, Genuine Ugg sold a crème one and not just green. When it arrived I was really happy with this item, It was dense and luxurious.
I wanted it for my bed as I have arthritis.
It is so awesome I called and bought a second.
This is the one you want if you have a medical need as it’s unlikely to mat. It’s also long enough for the width of my Queen size bed. The second one is for the foot of my bed.
Terrific product at a great price. The manager was very helpful in making sure I bought the exact one as the previous. Thank you very much Genuine Ugg 💕😀

I have had two pairs of ugg boots from here, chestnut color medium bow style since 2018 and black Color mini bow style since 2019. They are just as beautiful as the day I bought them, so comfortable and I always receive compliments on them.

Went in this beautiful store and was taken care of he didn’t mind that I tryed other ones on he was always happy to help me and amazingly he knew my size just by looking at my feet how crazzy is that !! Iv had mine for over 2 weeks and it’s amazing for the winter my go to shoe in and out the house I want more !!!!

They were more than happy to work out a great price for multiple purchases. The items were of such good quality and the staff treated us so nice we returned a few weeks later to buy more products. Some friends and I were needing some Ugg Boots for our snowboarding trip, and given we are cold feet kind of girls, we figured we should go higher in quality than what we would normally buy. We were so glad that to make this decision because these new UGG boots are ultra-comfortable and super warm , survived the snow have now since lasted me for years!. the staff were so friendly and helpful despite our constant question and changing our mind on colour. Since My collection keeps growing because they have such great designs and colours (and have made great gifts for our family overseas.

These guys sell great Ugg Boots. I have had mine for over four years and wear them all winter long. Very happy with their feel and comfort. Have also sent two pairs overseas to family to Europe. They were surprised how good they were in comparison to the product they can buy in Europe.

I rang Genuine Ugg to inquire about slippers and comfort rug for my father in law. He was recovering from open heart surgery in Perth. The friendly staff helped me straight away to find the right product by sending photos and making suggestions.
They even went out their way to make a same day personal delivery to the hospital.
The products are top quality and my father in law is very happy. In these days with climate change so prominent it is also a very nice to shop natural fibre products (wool) and to support a family owned business. Thank you, Genuine Ugg. Dana, South west WA.

Cina was a fantastic help. He didn't have the boots I wanted in stock but true to his word a week later he messaged me to let me know they were in.
As I live out of town he organised free postage and sent the boots straight away.
I really like that he did what he said he would do and kept me up to date on my order.
The boots arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful. Really great quality.
