OPSM Broome

Wonderful advice and service by the specialist that came to town, and very happy with all the staff at the Broome Shop that helped me today. Lovely bunch of people. It's nice to be able to see better.

The optometrist was attentive and knowledgeable. He made us all feel comfortable and he explained things well. Front of house ladies were helpful and friendly. I was served by a lady on secondment from Albany. She was patient warm and not at all pushy for the upsell. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and generous with sales.

Rachel listened at my concern, booked me in with the optometrist that rectified my faulty prescription from another store and I now am happily awaiting my new prescription glasses 🤓

Rocky Shi is probably the best optometrist i've seen (ha ha!). He was very personal, engaging, professional, and we had great chats about life in Australia. I was very trusting of him as a person as well as his competence and skill level in regards to my eyes. He is an excellent communicator. A wonderful young man and professional who will go far!

and professional. The locum optometrist was very thorough and explained all the tests he performed. My glasses arrived a week early and I am really happy with my new prescription. I can highly recommend OPSM Broome.

The optometrist at the Broome store is the best optometrist I have been to over the last 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Best prescription I have ever had. Everything is so clear, Even the colours look brighter. I'm so happy.
