UNIQLO Perth Murray Street

The store was well organised and was full of stock. There were many options including shelves of clothing on sale. The store has two floors, and one side dedicated to male clothing and one side dedicated to female clothing. There is one entrance facing Hay Street Mall and one facing Murray Street Mall. Overall the store felt very clean and tidy and a good place to shop.

perfect location for a great store. have always loved the stuff they stock, especially for their jackets and even work wear. this store though, is not as spacious between aisles, but nonetheless, always love browsing for new items and always in the watch out for those that are in sale.

Pleasant helpful staff. Super quick turnaround on clothing alterations (2 hours was my experience). Very convenient service to not have to go elsewhere.

I forgot my phone so I didn't have my QR code to collect my item. They tried to manually search for my item. Although, we didn't get it this time, I am grateful they took the time and effort to do this for me.

Just bought a short and two shirts! Really great quality and reasonably priced!

This store is incredibly nice. The entire building is designed with a very modern aesthetic. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are willing to help you and are very nice when you ask them for help. The shelves are always stocked nicely and neatly. The prices are justified by the quality of the clothing.

Great range of good quality, well priced clothing for men and women, some one I know bought 2 of the same dress because she loved them so much! My only complaint is because the are products are designed overseas, all the products with words are not in English which is a bit annoying, however I understand it would be unreasonable for a world wide business to make translated copies of every language on their shirts. Overall l think this is a great place to shop for everyone.

I went to buy the same jacket o love it so much. Staff member Enda. L was so helpful, friendly and patient I appreciate good service so much. I love the colours and that clothing is plain. Colours mostly I’m not a fan of patterns on my clothing. Good quality. I’m a happy customer. Thank you UNIQLO

Some very helpful store staff.

I haven't been to Uniqlo 9-10 months. I went there today & was amazed with the self-check-out technology in place 😍. You just place the items in the box, the system can identify what they are, you just make payment. Instructions on the screen is easy to follow. I used my phone for the payment. Another incident caught me off guard was the "return item". As usual, the lady would scan the items you are returning, I asked you need my credit card for the refund? She said no need and handed me a docket. I thought "hmm no need to tag my credit card for the refund. Mayb it is in this piece of paper. Mayb it is in my membership." I went back to self-service machine to purchase more items. Scan my membership, and the total amount wasn't reduced. I grabbed the same lady, she explained the refund is already processed to be back into your card. I was like 😮 oh ok.

So, what I learnt today: no scanning needed for items you're purchasing. No tagging your credit card when processing refund.

It's great to have uniqlo in Perth.

Their clothes are really clean (in detail and design) and thoughtful. Especially if you just need basics.

The city store is easy to get to through the arcade or mall and spread out over two levels.

If you try the app they have discounts on there sometimes.

I love this Uniqlo. It's in a nice character building with an upstairs section. The clothes are great and I live in their printed tshirts.

Staff have been super helpful without being pushy or hovering which is a huge plus.

The change rooms are surprisingly roomy and well lit.
