Nice cosy cafe by the Langley Park with a nice view of Swan River. Nice coffee with American bf.

This place is run by an Asian couple. They are so nice that when we requested to change 2 slices of our toasted bread without butter to plain toasted & they gladly do it with a smile.

Highly recommended.

This place is an inner city cafe frequented by a lot of the local workers. Bit of a hidden gem.

Banh mi is great, lots of good options for their Vietnamese rolls (want avocado?).

5 stars locals seem to recommend.

Highly recommended, near Elizabeth quay and you can relax for a short while after stroll. The breakfast set is very affordable and the coffee is great too. My friendly lady will definitely recommend.

I had the scrambled eggs & bacon on toast with a coffee for $15. I got 4, yes 4 pieces of shortcut bacon, massive serve of scrambled eggs and crispy toast (I suspect after cooking, they popped it in the frypan for a few secs each side) and a strong large mug of coffee.

The Vietnamese-Australian staff are lovely. The kids had eggs & bacon on toast & the staff swapped the coffee for a large hot chocolate (with marshmallows). My better half had the Bánh mì, which was spicy & delicious.

Whilst eating in, there was a steady stream of locals popping in for coffee & pastries.

Maid Marion's coffee is consistently a lovely strong brew, and coupled with the specials board, great value.

Had a great coffee and a delicious post run avocado smoothie. Pastries are all so tempting looking so got a few to go. Owners are extremely friendly too.

Nice quiet on the corner. Friendly staff. Great food. Good coffee. Decent price. Definitely worth a visit of you have one of the hotels around here. Also simple to take away.

Great little cafe. Vietnamese pork roll is a must get here as its very authentic and made fresh to order with their own baked bread and is the cheapest in the CBD!

Amazing little hidden place with surprisingly great coffee and cheap food (but not cheap tasting).

Not a lot of seating because of it being located in an old character building, but the decor is gorgeous, and there's a very nice view of the flowers and Langley Park from the bench (sail shaded) verandah seating. You can always get your coffee to go and have it at the park.

My long Macchiato tasted great and the breakfast was nice.

If you're staying at one of the nearby hotels, work nearby, or you like to jog in Langley Park you should stop by.

Always service with a smile every time you walk in. Cute little Cafe/ lunch bar. Limited seating inside and outside but directly across from Langley Oval so plenty of space to eat and spread out there. Food is always made fresh and great selection. Bread rolls are light and airy and evident they were only made that morning.... so good!!! So in and give this little business a go, you won't be disappointed!!

They make their own pastry I had the cheese and ham croissant and a coffee. The coffee was generous and the croissant perfect. Service great but place is a bit small to eat in which we did
