I’ve used Elemex for my battery purchases twice now. First time no issues. Second time I wanted to purchase a couple of extra of the same battery as before but it was out of stock, so I got a different brand with the same specifications. But this other brand batteries wouldn’t work properly in my device and kept tweaking out. Elemex provided amazing customer service, and have offered to exchange them for my original preferred brand that works well, when that comes back in stock in a week’s time. They even called me personally to apologise for the poor experience. A+ customer service, so impressive these days when not many business seem to care anymore. I’m an Elemex customer for life - highly recommended!

I’ve purchased several items from Dave in the past over the years and have always had professional service and advice. I told him my application and needs this time and he recommended a Genuine Nitecore SC4 charger for me. I ordered and paid via credit card on a Friday and received my item superfast on a Monday from interstate. He is the only person I buy my charges and batteries from because of the quality he supplies and have recommended and passed on his number to my other friends who now also buy from him.
Looking forward to doing business with him again.

Thank you Sam for your assistance, and patience, with a grumpy old man. Sam went above and beyond adding special plugs to this battery, to enable me to power a Wheelchair lifter for my car. The genuine article from the wheelchair manufacturer was over $600 ! Xerom did it for under half of that!

I have found it difficult to find genuine Li-ion cells, thankfully I have with Xerom.
My order was well packed and expedited quickly.
I am using them in custom Multirotor aircraft (drones) so they have to tolerate high peak currents, repeatedly for a very short time; no problems so far.
I will be back!

I would recommend Xerom David the owner was extremely helpful. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong batteries and he had no problems with me sending them back and replacing them with the correct ones. Would recommend this business to other buyers
