I had a diagnostic check on my vehicle to find out what issues I had with it - Matthew was great and explained everything I needed to know and what I needed to fix and was direct about costs.
Will use this branch again for sure. Happy with the service.

Needed a much needed full service, Friendly service, thank god for the loan vehicle as I had 4 kids to collect during school hrs. Matthew was great, had to get two new rear tyres which he did for me, as I was going on a long distance trip from Perth to Geraldton, and, the car drove brilliantly, overtaking now the cars pick up is fantastic, so thankful. Matt at Ultra Tune Bibra Lake, was the only mechanic south of the river, who could source a new radiator for my early model Daihatsu Pyzar.
I spent a few days beforehand ringing, visiting, and looking online, to no avail!!!
Not only did he find it online straight away, but he also installed it for me a few days later.
I dropped off the car at 8.30am,
Matt had it ready by 1pm. In time for me to pick up my sister from the airport at 3.30pm the same day, without me asking him, just mentioning it in passing conversation at drop off.
I am very grateful for such quick, efficient and helpful service.

This is my one go-to mechanic!! Matt is amazing and does not charge “girl tax” he is always consistent in his approach and never makes me feel stupid. He has helped me countless amounts of times and I won’t go anywhere else. He never tells me I need a million things done if I don’t and never pressures me either. Came here for my routine service at the recommendation of someone else's dad. Couldn't be happier. Matt is lovely, with excellent customer service skills. He wasn't condescending and explained things casually. It was a great price for the service, but I would come back for the customer service alone. If you're worried about getting stitched up with your car, I recommend coming here.

Had my cars serviced here for a few years now. Matt has always done an excellent service at a great rate and been accommodating. Very trustworthy mechanic that i would recommend highly. Hasn't once said my flux capacitor needed replacing or anything

Spoke to and dealt with Matt at the front desk, he was refreshingly honest and upfront about all costs and charges. Was able to drop off my car and he looked after me from the get go and communicated really well throughout the entire week. Will be coming back for sure!

Matthew gave the friendliest & most accommodating service even when it was over 40°C! He presented very professionally. He & his business we clean & welcoming. He serviced the car quickly & did not push anything unnecessary. It was great value compared to others. They even cleaned the windscreen! I will be back for sure.
