Went to Chateau Tanunda. 😮 Wine testing. Bought few wines. They have perfect wines to suit your taste.

This place is as sick as I was after two rosé bottles in between the vines.
Would absolutely get drunk there again. Bars and Pubs are lacking but the valley makes up for it with cool spots like the Barossa Valley Estate which offers very good deal for wine tasting in a charming atmosphere

Great food and wine everywhere!
Definitely need a few days to explore thoroughly. Would recommend 2-3 wineries a day if you drive in from Adelaide.

Iconic Australian wine region making world class reds, especially Shiraz. It features some of the oldest vines in the country and produces some of the most well-known wines, such as the coveted Penfold's Grange Hermitage. There is something here for everyone and you'd be a fool not to go if you like your 🍷
So so much to see and do and not just wineries. We got help from the local tourist information centre, who were absolutely great, and booked a mini tour buss of the different types of wineries ,you can't go to all of them there's several hundred and it was fantastic fun. But! We also went to cheese factories, Gin distillers, Magge Beers, Dried fruits and so many more.
The tourist information centre was able to book us into all sorts of special events as well, as an example a tea and cheese matching tasting at the Barrossa Valley Cheese Company & more.
There's many types of Stay Facility available as well, from luxury to look after yourself units with full facilities.
Great place, nice people, amazing wines, excellent food and I'm picky when it comes to food.

Driving through this particular valley in Southern Australia was an unexpectedly beautiful surprise. Barossa Valley has hyper green rolling hills covered in idyllic vineyards and romantic homes creating a picturesque sight to behold. Even though, when I visited it was raining, it was still awe inspiring. You can easily spend a couple of days, ride a bike, visit vineyards, and do some wine tastings.

It’s always nice to drive to the Barossa valley, and spend the day among the people of the region enjoying the picturesque vineyards, and appreciate the variety of wines and food produced locally while taking memorable pictures of the vast vineyards on the rolling hills under the white clouds.

This is the place to find the best Australian Shiraz. The area has various small towns with the best wines of Australia. I am pretty sure you will find something you like here. Highly recommended
