Rehn Bier Brewery

It was a very pleasant place to visit in the Barossa Valley. It was a great experience. One I had not had before. Although not a beer drinker myself, it was interesting to listen to those enjoying the tasting and discuss flavours and their likes of the different beers. I personally tasted one or two. The ginger beer was definitely a treat, and even I could experience and enjoy the ginger taste and the subtle beer taste. Red Rocket was discussed at length. As it was surprisingly a sweet beer. This beer is suitable for a non beer drinker. RR would have been my chosen glass. The fellas enjoyed the stout as that was their choice of pint. The delightful host told of Rehn stout being a winning beer over a known brand beer.
The environment was comfortable and cosy for a rainy day.
There was a family function happening while we were there and children present. Area's set up so children were not in the bar area. They had their own comfortable space with their parents. From babies to older children and you could tell all were at ease as no upset children. The host allowed children to draw on the cement floor, and there was space for them to move around and for parents to entertain them.
Food was available.
Your experience is on the premises of production and where you can buy supplies for your own brewing. All are there to be seen and staff to assist with any purchases of ingredients.
For a beer tasting venue, it was simple and had a lot going on, which added to our experience. You could then take home a selection of your favourites or as we did a couple of each to make up a carton, @ $90 a great price for craft beer made with the finest of ingredients. You are also informed of locally sourced ingredients.

The staff were preparing for a private evening function.
Highly recommend the experience.

What a great little brewery , first visit , food and beer available , wine and brewery product available , competitive prices .Lots of choices for home brew .

Sometimes it it a worry when you see you a brewery trying many different styles. This is not that kind of place. Out of the 5 beers we tried 4 were fantastic, the other was very good but a crowded style. We had a quick lunch and try on the way back from a trip and the staff were fantastic. Big plus is it is dog friendly and casual vibe. Great work guys.

We,2 families, 7 of us visited Rehn Bier, Barossa Brewery on 23rd March and we met a wonderful lady ❤. She assisted us to get beer testing with a limited food options-we ordered pizza (just for this reason,rated 4 out of 5 for food) , yet different n tasty. I must say, with a tiny set up they have, they really brew awesome beers and understand the quality measures to be taken throughout to get a quality brew. Additionally, young lady helped us understand beer Brewery process with all pleasure. All in all, we spent a quality time at Rein Brewery.

My favourite Barossa brewery! A great range of beers and alternatives on tap catering to a wide variety of tastes. Nice range of local wines and a slushy machine for those hot days too!

Friendly staff, frequent live music and also a really good yiros/ AB food truck on weekends! An excellent way to spend an afternoon and it’s also kid and dog friendly!

What a range of beers! I had the Extra Stout and I would rate it the best I've drunk. The owner is a genuinely nice bloke. So chilled ( we turned up 15min til closing time and he was so obliging with his service). Highly recommend this bierhouse!

Great vibe, very friendly staff & variety of drinks to cater for all. Food is great. Family friendly, daughter is always occupied with the kids corner.

Staff are more than friendly and very knowledgeable. Venue is beautiful and great vibes. Good for a beer tasting or a causal drink. Highly recommend any of the slushies if you’re a fan of a sweeter drink

Must visit this charming, cosy, inviting venue for one of their delicious chilled brews. Kudos to the brewer. Try the generous tasting paddle. Best fresh crafted beers I've tasted. Wood fire, rustic, delightful organic aesthetic under a ceiling of festoon and fairy lights. Lots of seating. Games to play. Could have stayed all afternoon. Host and owner, Robyn Rehn, is a lovely welcoming person who will make you feel at home with her engaging service and warmth. Delicious bar snacks. Stout and steak pie and piping hot cransky, cheese and sauerkraut toastie is a winner!! Area also available for functions. Get down to this beer house and enjoy the ambiance and great hospitality. Great place to catch up with friends. The food van is also great. Worth a visit.

Been here time and time again. Great place to take the hole family on a weekend to grab a bite to eat and for some drinks..

what a lovely place with even more lovely staff who basically turned our day around from getting stranded at so many other places around the barossa area - our dog and cat were with us on this roadtrip and it was raining dogs and cats (🥲) so all the outdoor areas were closed = we had nowhere to go. so many other places weren't anywhere as sympathetic as this very welcoming brewery. we had our takeaway lunch from a previous place but this lovely joint allowed us in with our outside food AND welcomed our dog and cat like family. true hospitality at its best ♥

Great little brewery brewing phenomenal and interesting beers. Served by the owner who took the time to chat and talk about the beers with a real enthusiasm.

Great selection of in house brew, nice merch for the collection, and decor is very chill and on a quiet street :) great also for events !
