Great store. Amazing prices especially on clearance, spacious, great range and really helpful down to earth staff that seem like they enjoy their jobs. No nags to "assist" like vultures, but here when needed.

Had a great experience recently at Jim Kidd sports. Had the kids with me and wanted to be in and outa that shopping center in record time (kids and shops should never be in the same sentence in our family!!)
So after noticing I needed help, Riley assisted us with speed.

Why does anyone buy anywhere else?

Every 6 months I buy a pair of ASICS sneakers from here that’s on sale for about $80 less than everywhere else has them for

Visited yesterday as there was a problem with the shoes I previously purchased. I spoke with Cally who shared her shoe expertise and really took the time to ensure I was getting the right shoe for my foot and the exercise I do. I love having such knowledgeable staff at Jimm Kidd that help keep my family and I in the right shoes.

I bought from this store twice today (after deliberating and coming back for the second pair). I really rate the helpful staff. They were flat out and many were serving two customers at once and still it was the best service. Attentive, knowledgeable, patient and good natured. They were also super cute with my small one. Thank you, to your lovely staff for a great experience today. We will be back for sure. ⭐🙌

Awesome shopping experience , the staff were all smiling and looking like they enjoyed the job. Needed some help finding the products I wanted and the team went out of the way to find it.
Really good prices as well on trainers and apparel. Definatley recommend this store to my friends.

Good prices for quality sport shoes. Only let down was they only go up to size 7 in kid's sizes and adult shoes are twice the price.

Frequented this outlet of Jim Kidd, for quite some years. Mainly for Trakie bottoms.
I'm really disappointed not with. J.K's But for some reason one has to buy elasticated bottoms or similar. I dislike them with vengeance. And just through general conversation with other gym users I am not alone.
Lets move on. Came to your store today to see if by any chance the style of elasticated bottoms was changing trend. Not applicable.
I did however want to purchase a pair of trainers. I approached a member of your staff, a young man by the name of Jack. He saw what I was wearing and asked if I would like the same. I answered yes. Within seconds after asking my size, a pair of 'New Balance' appeared as if by magic. I tried one on, and thought it was adequate, Jack wasn't happy, and got the next size. Yes Jack was right.
I queried the price as they were $10 more expensive as per your promo price.
Jack told me to mention this at your cashiers outlet, and they would take that into consideration.
It was a pleasure to deal with that young man.

Heranya( I think thats how her name is spelt) Is absolutely a super star 🌟 we went to buy our 5yr old daughter a pair of sneakers, we asked two others before Heranya but they were rude and no help, Heranya must have seen we weren't being satisfied with customer service and came straight over, got the size guide out for our daughter and helped her choose a pair a sneakers she was absolutely amazing we were so happy with the time she spent to make sure it was perfect for our girl, and everytime we return to the store she's always happy and smiling and remembers us it's a lovely feeling ❤

I came in today with my sister. I was looking for some good running shoes for the HBF Fun run. I wasn’t sure which ones would be best for this. I was helped my Tremaine! She was absolutely amazing!!! Her service and product knowledge was awesome! She gave me multiple options showing me the advantages and disadvantages of each brand of shoe. If I ever need anything from Jim Kidd. They were very busy so I had to look for an assistant. The lady in clothing said she would find a shoe assistant, which she promptly did. The gentleman in shoes was also very helpful.

Staff were busy but helpful if asked. Pricing is awesome, but no bulk discount on multiple purchases. But great shoes in stock with plenty of choice.

Wide selection of sporting goods and shoes. All reasonably priced. Highly recommended

today, 30/12/22 i came in and was served at the counter by a young girl with blonde hair. i’m not sure of her name but she had excellent customer service skills and was very friendly. thank you to her for all her help and making me and probably many other customers feel welcome in the store.

I've been shopping at Jim Kidd for decades and am now making the trek from Fremantle so I want it to be a worthwhile trip. Today did not disappoint. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient with us and helped us choose a good pair of shoes for my daughter's upcoming work experience. Thanks Chris.

I have bought multiple shoes and other items from here and it has been great experience every time. Customer service was polite and helpful and even when I had to return a pair of shoes the staff and manager were fantastic and more than happy to help. Definitely my first stop when needing new runners or sports items for my kids and I.
