Coles Cockburn Gateway

Our regular shopping place after eating at the food court whether it a small or large shop they generally have what we come for. Plenty of self checkouts to move through quickly, plenty of parking spaces out side but some times does get busy at Gateways and there may be a short walk from the carpark.

Winter mid year (June) sale is now on.Most shops reduce price.But morning till late noon very heavy traffic and human jam.

Today my family had the great pleasure of dealing with Coles Cockburn.
We were purchasing some food platters to take to a remembrance service for a family member that passed away several weeks ago.
The platters were available on before time and the staff were super helpful.
Special thanks goes to Rosha, the lovely Indian gentleman at customer service, Sue in the deli department and Harry in the bottle shop.
It was also very touching and very unexpected that Coles Cockburn gave my wife a bunch of flowers and a sympathy card as it was she who had lost her father several weeks ago.
Thank you once again Coles Cockburn for having such great staff.

Clean ,didn't like the self serve with the self locking gates,makes you feel like your being treated like a thief. Staff were friendly tho

Service is great aswel.

Every 1 doing a normal shop,but busy,kids aren't watching where they are going,I almost knocked kids over,because they are to busy running around inside the centre and shops. I'm sometimes I'm just waiting to move,and the next second a kid almost plows straight into you.

I just want to say thank you for the great service so far! I stopped a man who was on his way out to the back this afternoon to ask a question, he was very polite and had clearly busy and in a hurry out the back. He stopped and took the time and I'm very appreciative. Thanks again

My parents and I use to shop at Coles previously but since my Dad passed away my mum and I have only been shopping at the local Coles.
We did our normal shopping at Coles on the 2 January 2016 and were in complete awe as to the transformation that the store has had.
My mum and I both agree the layout and aisles are great.
And we will be certainly using this Coles as our main store.

I am preferring to shop here these days, I can find the things I need and I am not puffed out from walking from one side to the other. Staff at the express self serve are very helpful and patient with me.

Great coles for shopping easy access from first point of entry (look for big red coles sign). Parking is close to entry aswell and plenty of it around can find all you want from this coles even has a international section for home sick foreigners wanting that special treat for cheat day.

Wide aisles, great layout, very suitable for wheelchairs. Friendly staff. Well stocked. Good variety.
