Whites Road Medical Centre

I've been attending Whites Road Medical Centre with my family for over 20 years and it is my first choice for any medical care. (And absolutely not wanting to mention that Dr Groves is amazing - just in case everyone wants to see him & then I'll never get in!) Offering the perfect balance of professionalism with friendly service across all the staff, I highly recommend the centre for any health and wellbeing matter.

My husband and I have been attending this Clinic since we moved to the area, in 2013. We have moved further away, but still attend this clinic. Reception staff are helpful and very pleasant, the nurses have always been exemplary with their service, and the various Doctors we have seen over the years have been knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We will continue to attend this Clinic while we are able.

First time to the practice to see a new doctor. The reception staff seemed polite, and helpful, and asked for assistance if they did not fully know the answer to my query. The waiting room is spacious and the chairs are setup like most surgeries post covid, to allow separation from others.
The medical staff we saw around the place, including the doctor we saw, all wore a face mask. The doctor we saw was polite and knowledgeable. What more could we want

Lovely friendly accommodating reception staff. The waiting room is large and comfortable to sit in whilst you await your appointment. Highly recommend this surgery one of the best in the area.

I’ve been seeing Dr Todd for many years now. At a rough guess over 10 years. He’s an amazing Dr and human who has done and continues to do the best he can for myself and my children

Best medical center in Australia!!! Dr Todd is by far the best Gp in the world. Should be awarded for his services and professionalism. Couldn't speak any higher of him. Actually listens and cares. 100/10 EASILY.
The reception staff are all great , kind , friendly and very helpful.
I'm not exaggerating, best in Australia by a long mile. Hard to believe considering the area but absolutely professional all round.
Just steer clear of dr Nguyen.
Worst dr in the world. Should have lost his license a long time ago.
Can only see male patients for a reason. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.
ZERO empathy , ZERO care.

Took a long time to find a practice where I felt the Doctors were genuine and not pushing me through to get to the next client. I highly recommend if you are looking for a caring team where you don't feel like you're just a number.
