Very friendly staff, helped me with my two return parcels with no issues!

Of course mine was packed correctly and had labels attached, why should they be expected to do so for you when you're literally dropping of an item for return, most cases for free...I think some of these reviews are way too harsh and show how terrible some people can be when they don't get their way.

Poor communication, staff barely seem interested. Difficult to talk to and especially as words are muffled with their plastic barrier. The other customer being served also was not served well and was having a hard time with the staff to help him. Not sure how you can run a store like this, it’s like they want to go out of business and drive away the few customers they do get.

Rude grumpy and poor customer service. They honestly couldn't care less.

The guy in this store is very rude. If he tries to make excuses for not paying out on a winning lotto ticket not bought from his store, then just report him to Lotterywest, as he is obliged to payout on any winnings up to $500, no matter which store it's purchased from.
