Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly, welcoming & happy to have a chat with us through out the visit.

I can honestly say I've never had such an enjoyable dining experience or seen such an involved owner. From making dishes, to serving them & having a chat to everyone that was dining in, I can't find a single fault with the experience at all & we can't wait to go back.

We had the Ultimate Mixed Grill & Dessert Plater, both absolutely amazing & tasted fantastic, especially for the price while the atmosphere was superb.

Would absolutely recommend checking them out.

I literally had the best rib eye I have eaten at any restaurant. Cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and Smokey flavoured!

Outstanding service by the owner Robby, great host that takes so much pride in what he does!
We also had the ultimate shared platter, everything was so flavourful and delicious! Will definitely be coming back.

We had the pleasure of eating here a few weeks ago as a mutual friend recommended his best mate's restaurant.
The food was absolutely incredible, perfectly cooked and so delicious! And the service top notch!
The downside is that we live in WA and can't visit this place more often coz we absolutely would!

We went to carnivore for my birthday lunch and it was awesome. Everyone was happy with their meals and looked amazing. The platters were so good. The staff were sensational and they really made my day. The owner interacted with us and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you.

Went to carnivore Sunday night and was so impressed. It's a very small intimate restaurant but the food was bloody amazing. My husband got the tomahawk and I got the U.S T-bone, both cooked perfectly. We also ordered the broccolini and carrots side dishes which were delicious. The staff were all great and very attentive. Spoke to the owner as we were leaving and look forward to the things up and coming for carnivore and next time we will bring our friends.

Literally some of the best meat I have ever eaten!
Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly paired with some wonderful sides. The Pork Ribs were amazing, so tender and flavourful, the steak was tender and succulent, and the grilled chicken was not the usual bland grilled chicken, it was well-marinated, seasoned and char-grilled to perfection! The Corn Ribs were amazing too! Our 7 year old Son even smashed a whole 350g Porterhouse & a side of crunchy sea-salt chips by himself!

If you are looking for a great steakhouse, then look no further. The food is the highlight of the day with the platters they have. It gives you a choice of different meats to sample and the amounts are good for 2 to 3 people a platter. The dining area is a bit small with table sizes the same. If you don't mine the close quarters, then it's pretty cosy. Didn't have good dessert options but there's Ice creams shops nearby so there's that. Overall, if you are a Carnivore as the name suggest, then this place is for you.

Recently found out about this place and had to try it. Absolutely amazing. Don't let the prices scare you away. The food is the best in South Australia by a long way!! Worth every cent.
I personally tried the Thor hammer and unfortunately forgot to tell them not to put any sauce on it as I am very fussy and don't like any sauces. So it did kind of ruin the outside of it but the rest was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be a return customer. 😁😁😍

My meal plus dessert and 1 drink along with my partners meal and dessert and 1 Coke and 1 cocktail came to a total of $376 but the bloke only charged me $350. All staff were amazing and accommodating. Great atmosphere also.
15/10 on all aspects.
Again don't let the price scare you off as it is 100% worth it!!!
Only downfall is no toilet but MANY places around with a toilet so no big deal.
These guys are GREAT at what they do. If you love your meat you MUST give them a try. 😁😁

My wife tried seafood for the first time here after years of refusing, now she’s excited to come back to try more lobster and prawns.

Food was excellent, service were good as well with them being accomodating and friendly; high quality fresh food and manner of cooking. I think we need to eat in there and try the other meats. Just hoping there are more carbs😊

We went here last Saturday night for the first time. My tomahawk was cooked perfectly and the 1/2 lobster was delicious. The staff were nice and accommodating, the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Great feed at Carnivore again! Had to come again as they have a new menu and so much to try. Lamb cutlets are sublime and our Tomahawk was delicious. Best to book!

This was our first visit to Carnivore and it won’t be our last. It is a bit out of the way for us, but good food and great service is worth the drive. I was out for lunch with my husband and adult son and all three of our meals were exceptional, great flavour, good selection of sides and sauces, Raddichio & Fennel salad was very yummy. Teresa and her staff were all very friendly and chatty and the service was brilliant. Recommend this if you love wings, ribs and steak - good for a walk lol along the beach afterwards.

My partner and a good friend of mine decided to visit for the first time on a whim after a different restaurant we had originally booked turned out to be closed for the day. The lovely lady/owner I think who was serving us was so welcoming and accomodating despite the fact that we had arrived without a booking. The three of us shared the trio of meat (porterhouse, eye fillet and beef ribs), side of roasted rainbow carrots and steakhouse fries with truffle mayo. Although the wait for the food was a bit long (around 40 or so mins) as they were rather busy, could not fault the food itself. Every bite was absolutely delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the sides (so much so I forgot to take photos). Fries were so crispy and possibly cooked in duck fat - the best I’ve had in a while. The drinks were also made really well. Thank you for the excellent experience. We left so satisfied. Will be back without a doubt and will make sure to book next time as it’s a quaint restaurant and we were lucky to get a seating.

Carnivore is an absolute gem, serving up mouthwatering steaks that are cooked to perfection. Had the scotch fillet this time but will return to get the Tomahawk steak!

Had a family dinner for my son’s 21st here last weekend and it was fantastic. The food was incredible, meat so tender it was like butter, and so delicious we were still talking about it the next day. The staff were really prompt, attentive and accommodating. Extra little touches did not go unnoticed like plating up the cake beautifully and turning the music down to sing happy birthday. When we left we all instantly agreed we will be coming back soon. Thanks for a wonderful night!

Went to celebrate our dogs birthday! They went above and beyond to give him a steak with candles, while cooking us an amazing “Thor’s hammer”. Food was spectacular, super filling and just a a great night. Highly recommended for good that will leave you super full. Great value for money

We enjoyed our meal here thoroughly tonight. The launch of a new menu can be hit or miss, but this was a hit! The food was amazing with generous serving sizes, and the staff were impeccable. 10/10 recommend

We were a bit concerned to start- we booked an indoor table and were advised to sit outside in the cold or inside on the front bench... Our wine glasses originally had lip marks and waterspots which was quickly fixed by staff ...

But then the food.... Amazing... The pork ribs had so much delicious, tender meat that fell off the bone, fantastic chicken wings and tasty sides.

The place is very small and cosy so requires a booking but so very worth it...

Not a huge place, but I feel that’s what makes this place special. The food is quality and the chefs now how to cook their meat, the ambiance is warm and welcoming.
The owners are so lovely and fun, we had a great time for my husband’s birthday. The tomahawk with prawns as a topper is a must 🤤 they also make a mean Nègroni 😊 Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner. We will be back with friends xxx
