Great things often come in small packages. Le Vietnam in Barrack St in the city is such a restaurant. Although quite narrow, there is seating both within and without. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
The food is authentic. I ordered a banh mi gang kthat came with salad, plenty of fresh chillies and peanuts. The roll was very crispy and fresh.
They have apparently won numerous awards, and I can see, and taste, why.
If you are in the city give it a go. I am sure you will not regret it.

Best Bahn Mi in Perth! This place is the real deal. We went during lunch rush hour but the service was quick and efficient. We even got a small table to sit. The famous Bahn Mi King of Perth takes your order with a bright smile for everyone. Absolutely must visit!

Very deserving of the title of Banh Mi King. The atmosphere and consideration were an amazing bonus to the incredible flavours and textures of this Banh Mi. You would come back for seconds. There is no doubt that the roads pork Banh Mi is second to none.

I miss vietnam bahn mi but le bahn mi is so far on the top list in Perth . Fresh ingredients made with love and is the top of my list when other location bahn mi fails lol. Very Friendly owners and NOT stingy lol. It is consistent and always welcome feedback . Traditional and roast pork is my go to Bahn mi. Sometimes try the pork pie too. Wish it was nearby :) keep up the good work! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This place is amazing for a quick and affordable lunch
Went with my Vietnamese friend and they said it was pretty high up in terms of best Bahn mi’s in Perth.
Paid around $14 each and was just the right amount of food for lunch. Shoutout to the people behind the counter that were lovely

Le Vietnam had been on my foodie bucket list for ages, and finally got a day off to check it out. Bahn Mi was amazing, but the service was really top tier! Owner was so gracious and lovely, really made the experience a 10/10. Definitely will be back to support this business!

Had a chance to try their Banh mi that my daughter have been raving about so many times to me. Owner was super friendly and kind. Banh mi was toasted so well it was soft inside and crispy outside. Order the pork and beef one they were so nice and pleasant , very light on the taste not over powering , very good for a light lunch

Absolutely delicious! We had the original 3 meat combination banh mi, the spicy tofu banh mi (vegan) and the avocado banh mi (vegan). All 3 banh mis were so yummy and so generous with vegetables - they were filled to the brim with ingredients! The combination of flavours in the avocado banh mi was so delicious and creative - I loved it 😋 The spicy tofu banh mi was, true to its name, spicy and yummy too. Would recommend this place 👍

I came here with my partner on Monday and was very impressed by the service and the food. I returned on Wednesday because it was that good and the owner recognised us straight away.I think it's great that the owner is so passionate, friendly and very enthusiastic. He treats his customers like friends and family rather than just a number. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Best banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee in Perth. Iced tea was great as well. Definitely will be back again and will recommend to everyone and anyone who will listen 😊

Great selection of banh mi with a modern twist. Wonderfully crispy baguette with soft insides, flavourful and generous serving of meat topped with fragrant cilantro and spicy chilli. Washed down with vietnamese coffee ☕

The banh mis are so good! I had a very mild one and my partner had a very spicy one so there's an option for everyone. The ice tea is also really yummy.

Lee is the best business owner I have ever met. Every single time I go there, doesn’t matter how busy, he treats me like I’m a VIP. I will support Le Vietnam for as long as I live in Perth. They deserve every bit of business they get with the most delicious Banh Mi you will taste in Western Australia (I’d even say they are in the top 10 for the whole of the country). Fantastic avocado banh mì and iced coffee. It was so good I had to come back a few days later! Good number of vegetarian and vegan options, plus a vegan version of the iced coffee is available. Service was excellent both times as they’re very friendly, professional, and helpful.

great bahn mi here. pretty good options, including vegetarian and vegan options. service is great, always a smile on the staff's faces. they have also allowed us to ring ahead our orders whenever we need them for boardroom meetings.

Le Vietnam is always amazing. The owner is lovely, as are all the staff if you see them. Well worth the wait if busy (though we got there just as they opened so it was nice and quiet for us). I actually had a salad for the first time ever (peaking chicken I believe) and it was great, lots of crunchy peanuts. My girlfriend got the 3 little pigs báhn mì and it was delightful. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. :)

Wow, it's amazing to get such a good Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of the city. The banh mi was really crisp, saucy and tasty and was perfect for a quick bite while in the city. The owner was very humble and friendly to us and helped us pick an option. They have so much variety in the food and the whole atmosphere was very nice and modern even though it was in a historical building. Definitely returning again :)

Went at peak lunch time and had the best experience. Staff was amazing and food came extremely quickly despite how busy it was. Great vegan and non-vegan options. I had the peking tofu salad and it was delicious. Would come here again.

It’s always fresh and tasty, with lots of flavour.
I’d highly recommend the 4 little pigs banh mi, it’s my go to.
The staff are always very friendly and the lunch time line moves very quickly.
