Poor them, so busy today! But but it went smoothly at the direct-to-boot despite the hiccups. They deserve a 5🌟 anyway 🙂

update Nov 2023 - still good, order pickup is smooth.
March 2024 - Shopped inside store, service was good when I asked for help finding a product.

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy woolies. Carpark is a little to small for the size of the woolworths.

Love Woolies. Very clean and well laid out store. Fresh produce and lots of items at reduced prices. Staff are friendly, approachable, and very helpful and knowledgeable about stock and where to find products. Highly recommended.

First time using direct to boot service and I’m very pleased with the experience of shopping online to the text received its ready to collect plus the hand written note from my personal shopper to give that added added personal experience that I sometimes do miss whilst shopping in store. She also offered to help me pack my shopping into bags and put it in my car. Very pleased and I will be using this service a lot more.

It was a shame they had to be so helpful to make up for the appalling mess up the woolworths APP created! The app was totally useless

I hate grocery shopping, but the friendly staff make it a lot less stressful. The fresh produce guy (Troy?) So helpful. Also the sushi is hands down the best!

Underground parking bays are wide enough for easily loading shopping in the car. Aisles are well labelled so you can do a quick shop. Shelves are kept well stocked. Great variety of fruit and vegetables, bakery items and a sushi section. There are several ways to pay - with self service checkouts always busy. There's always a staff member to help.

It is a Woolies, what else can I say.. We stopped in for snacks for the road trip out to the local cellar doors. The Carpark however is an absolute Shocker.. And then there was the StareBear who was tripping over her own feet at us walking into her local Woolies.. It was amusing.

There's a first time for everything. Today I experienced the rudest checkout operator ever! Definitely needs some official training.

Woolworths Willagee WA has a good open layout. Large space with good room to move around. The young man on the register today was amazing. Even put the bags straight into my trolley as he packed them. So sorry I can't remember his name, despite checking his name tag. A lovely, helpful young man too.

Really good. Super nice staff. Huge range of food. The spring rolls and teriyaki chicken sushi was amazing and bargain for the price.
