Went to see Journey to Bethlehem on 23.12.23. It was a comedy & a musical highly recommend the movie. Intimate cinema, comfy seats, clean, popcorn, ice creams, drinks & other treats, very good customer service. Make sure you ask for your parking voucher from the counter so you don't get fined in the 2 hour parking restrictions in the area. Park in the cinemas car spots.

We watched Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on the first day of its release in a small, comfortable theatre within the theatre complex, 3 adults and 3 children, practically all to ourselves. The screen and sound projection excellent. Booking was easy at the front desk, can also be done online. The staff at the box office were very helpful and courteous. Membership is free and offers discounts, plus the overall ticket pricing is less expensive than at the large cinema complexes. Highly recommend.

Showbiz Cinemas at the Pinewood Shopping Centre in Waverley is a delightful cinema complex with all the appeal of cinemas of yesteryear.
The decor is wonderful. The seats are so comfortable and access to the upper floor is by a stair climber for people with mobility issues.
The staff are very polite and helpful.
The cost of tickets is very reasonable.

Went to see the new My Greek Wedding no 3 great movie 🎥. I love the small and intimate cinema. This family owned business is personal such lovely people running it. Thank you. Back soon.

Have never been to this cinema before. Really enjoyed the experience. The cinema was small but screen and sound quality was good. Good prices for tickets, heaps of parking out front.

Sometimes you have the entire cinema to yourself, as pot luck had it I've experienced, and it feels like a private viewing 😅 very VIP

Great value for money, especially if you get their yearly membership. Lots of great movies to watch for just $8. You can even bring your own food and drink. Facilities are clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

What a hidden gem. I didn't even know about this place until when a friend recommended a birthday party spot for my daughter.

The kids had fun. They loved the tray with juice box, popcorn and choc top.

The place is clean, sound system is very good, and basically a cinema (a bit on the smaller size) without the crowd and the price tag of the bigger cinema.

Friendly and helpful staff, cosy cinema, clean place. There is plenty of parking too.

Nostalgic! Small old-fashioned no-frills cinema, how special it exists in this day where there is so much pressure to update. Prices have been kept very low despite the rising costs of everything. It will be a great place to take the kids for a different kind of experience.

One of the last remaining independent cinemas in Melbourne. Very comfortable, affordable and friendly.

Came across this small family owned cinema randomly when we wanted to go watch The Whale. As soon as we walked through the doors, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was! The neon lights, the furniture, the candy bar and the small intimate theatres - everything was stunning. I highly recommend going here to watch movies!! Tickets are very cheap too!!! Will definitely be coming back regularly! What a beautiful hidden gem.

I love this place. While I was paying for popcorn the other day a lady that must be in her late 40s couldn't figure the square payment thing and turned to a gentleman and said "Dad, can you help me here".

Such a fantastic retro cinema snd so cheap! I could see 3 movies there for the price if the bigger cinemas. And the people who work there are so nice. Definitely recommend and will be seeing all my movies there in future

This is budget friendly movie theatre with old school charm. Check out their website for session time. Price are kept under $10. They also do kids party and fundraiser. Parking are sufficient and near coles and good cafes in pinewood shops.
