Friendly team, amazing selection of sandwiches, pies, pastries & sweet stuff! I had a steak and mushroom pie - it was delicious & it held together all the way to the end (amazing), also a beesting & coffee - YUM. Amazing value here as well all up just over $15.

Amazing small bakery! Best spinnach and fetta rolls and cottage pies. They also make an excellent brownie! Like going here to get school snacks! Thanks for the amazing food!! The set-up qnd layout inside is a little bit difficult, but better than it used to be haha. THANKS AGAIN

We made the short detour to Malanda bakery to give our international guests a proper Aussie meatpie experience.
All the review are right, the pies here are amongst the best this Aussie has ever had and provided a perfect reflection of Aussie hospitality.

This is a great example of a traditional Aussie bakery! It’s a small family-fun operation with a standard offering of bread, sweets, coffee and drinks. I was very impressed with the large selection of meat pies! I grabbed a brekkie pie early on a Saturday morning and washed it down with a long black. The place was a hive of activity in the morning with people buying their daily loaf of bread and grabbing a newspaper. Very friendly and warm hospitality from the staff too. If you’re visiting Malanda and haven’t had an Aussie meat pie then this would be a place to experience what many Aussies remember from their childhood as the local bakery.

One of the best bakeries I have ever been. Amazing pies and coffee, they open as early as 7.30am. The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving suggestions as they have over 10 selections of pies, different sandwiches, cakes among various baked goods. Already planning my next visit

Do yourself an indulgent experience and stop at this bakery when in Malanda. We are travelling and had the BEST Beesting slice we've ever had. 😋 Apple slice was pretty good too. Staff super friendly, made our visit & tummies, very FULLfilling. Well done team.

From Melbourne, we had the absolute best pie we have ever had. There was so many to choose from I wish we had time to try more. Pastries and cheesecake also amazing

First time visiting Malanda Bakery and was very satisfied. Greeted and welcomed with a smile. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Customer service was great. Variety of options. We bought 2 pies, a roll, along with a couple of cakes/tarts for only $25. Served by 2 gentlemen that were very kind. Thanks guys!

Yummy, classic bakery feels. Great value, 2 pies, sausage roll, beesting and a lamington $23. All the pies were true to there flavours, classic sausage roll loved the pastry!
