Dr Houston Li was one of the most efficient, caring doctors I have ever been to. He cared about every aspect of my husbands wellbeing. We will be back.

Dr Kamath and his medical team are wonderful they talk the truth give you positive guidance and tell you the way it is , meeting all the needs of the patient , I’m blessed to have him as my doctor and his medical team helping me for the past 4 years

Went in for a covid booster, receptionist took my details. Don't need an appointment. Was seen within 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Would recommend going.

Recently took my daughter in for her 6 week vaccinations and check up. very daunting for a first time mum but the nurse who had seen us was one of the best I’ve been to! Very kind and caring towards my daughter. reassuring us through the whole consult, it’s a great feeling to know there still some amazing nurses in the field still to this day. Highly recommend for first time or just mummas in general to come here. Thanks northern medical!

Northern medical center are doctors dedicated to their field and to all patients health needs and my experience has been exemplary Dr Jen lau has always given me the time and caring care I need and has helped me enormously to be able to enjoy better quality of life and do totaly recommend there practice top quality care 👌

Reviewing for friend. After being so disappointed and fobbed off by current long time doctor, friend needed to find a doctor to give a second opinion.
Finding this clinic has been a godsend, other clinics weren't accepting new customers, fronts of house were rude.
BUT, we called here, offered an appointment far sooner than we thought possible, the young lady on the front counter was a delight to deal with, helped with all the documentation prior to appointment. On arrival at clinic, clean waiting room, my friend is unable to sit upright in chairs so young lady said she would call phone or come out to get my friend, Dr. Li actually came out, my friend reports he was delightful to talk to, showed an interest in her conditions, then proceeded to examine the reason for being there, suffice to say she got the treatment she needed, got the respect she deserved.
Truly this is service that is fast disappearing elsewhere

Dr Jen Lau is so kind and always listens to my concerns. The nurse Sascha is always bright and caring to my son when he has his immunisations. Highly recommend.
