A bit tight space but bigger then Marion shopping centres

Very disappointed with service here.

I had found a lot of great stuff here for my 4 month old and was carrying it around the store.
One of the staff offered to box it up for me and leave it reserved behind the counter while I lined up to pay.

When I got to the counter, the lady serving had sold all of my reserved items out of the box to another customer and nothing was left over.

This was unfortunate, and there was nothing that they could do to resolve this. No apology or anything.
I went back and found one left over item that I had been deciding on, but when I got back to the counter, they asked me to line up at the back of the queue again to be served and wouldn't let me quickly put my one item through.

Horrible service and ruined an otherwise great haul of teething items.
I imagine these staff will disappoint other stores if they transfer after Harbour Town closes.

Went in the other day and Music was so loud! Be nice if I could actually hear what the salesperson is saying. Ended up walking out without purchasing.
