Steamers Cafe

I was asking by the owner to come check this place out and finally got in this week to check it out. It was very busy when I arrived but nearly empty by the time food arrived. Service was pleasant and polite. Ordered a snitty meal and milkshake for lunch. The milkshake was lovely. There was a bit of a wait for the meal but staff apologised many times. So the chips were cooked to perfection just wish that chicken salt go on all the chips and the salad is more a salad/slaw combo but still refreshing with a little toss of dressing which was great. Now the chicken schnitzel, omg, in all my travels and the hundreds of places I’ve ordered the same thing I’ve never come across the perfect schnitzel until now. It has fresh juicy breast with a lovely crunchy texture and flavour. The gravy was a perfect consistency and piping hot. It’s a large serving and I couldn’t eat it all. The staff are friendly and polite and helpful. They only lost a point and the only negative thing was the room was hot for me. Very happy with my meal. You won’t find anything better in regional South Australia. To be honest if they had better parking available I would go every week.

Very caring and friendly staff. Food has been really yummy and tastes great. Very clean premises, no cross contamination. Or infection. ( for those medical) Thanks guys!

Great little welcoming cafe. Pet friendly, they even gave the dog breakfast.

We had a group of 10, and they were busy. But the service was good. The food was fantastic. A lovely intimate and clean Cafe. It also has amenities, which a lot of cafes don't have.

This was the best breakfast 😋. Massive serve. Could not fault anything. Even the coffee was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Haven't been in for a while so was surprised by the changes in new ownership, but was so delighted when our breakfasts came out..so so good...

Visitors in town. Have been 3 days in a row. Great coffee. A terrific place for breakfast. Service friendly and staff are up for a joke and bantering. Which is a must for us. Well done guys. Cheers.

Visited Steamers for breakfast while staying in Murray Bridge. My husband had the big breakfast and I had an omelette. The food came very quickly, large portions and was delicious. We were going to go back for breakfast the next day (Saturday), but it was really busy. Would definitely recommend.

Mint hot chocolate was the best part so yummy and the chocolate on the spoon was a very nice touch 😍 great service and great food, my eggs Benedict was done perfectly, food came out pretty quick as well which is always a bonus! Would highly recommend stopping in here!!

Under $25 poached eggs and cuppacino.Could always use an extra sourdough slice.Seating was comfortable, quiet friendly atmosphere. Toilet on site. If the motorcycle riders looking for a place to go this place is suitable, get in early for suitable parking close by the coffee shop.I choosen this place as they did a hot cooked breakfast.

Delish steak Sanga, crispy hashbrowns, brekky wrap I could eat 10 they are absolutely delicious. Delivery lady was lovely jad a great smile very welcoming.

great place, they had a ton of SES guys there this morning and they left looking full of good food and coffee. I had the big brekkie. lots of bacon, eggs hash browns. it was awesome. too hungry to take a picture. thanks heaps
