Bunnings Murray Bridge

I attended Bunnings Murray Bridge today, with a rather difficult problem to solve.
I engaged the assistance of a wonderful lady named Katt.
Without a flicker of hesitation, Katt happily assisted me with my enquiry.
Not having solved my problem after attempting herself, she happily walked me to the opposite end of the store.

We then met up with another wonderful employee, named Dennis.

With a quick conversation, and a store inventory search, it seemed we had the answer.

Both Katt and Dennis walked to a location within the store and assisted me further with locating the product I required.

Katt and Dennis are to be recognised and commended for their excellent service. My interaction with both these employees was the best expedite I have had anywhere, for a long time.

Katt and Dennis need to be customer service delivery educators - their efforts both individually, and combined could only be described as meeting and exceeding my expectations.

Great refurbished Bunnings. Stopped here to grab bits and pieces. Was impressed with the amount of garden plants they had on offer. Staff were friendly. A pretty good Bunnings.

Always helpful staff. Cafe is amazing and the service person was so patient and honest went to pay for my coffee twice. Lol thank you for great coffee and service.

Visited with our young puppy to give her some socialisation while getting some floor tile paint. There was a bit of a wait while the team tried to figure some issues out, but the staff went above and beyond to make our pups wait pleasurable. Perfect experience for her first visit. Today I visited the paint section of Bunnings, Murray Bridge. I was warmly greeted by a delightful young lady named Jamie. She worked meticulously to match the paint perfectly with the samples I had taken. She was professional in her attitude towards her work and went out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction was paramount.
I thank her for her time, care and work ethic.

Who doesn't love Bunnings, staff are great, most of the workers are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they soon do, as they make enquiries on your behalf. I think the canteen area could be extended for more sitting space.

Always find what we want The staff were very helpful. Love being able to take our dog in with us...she loves it!

Staff are always friendly and very helpful.
Great service with the best coffee served at the cafe. Good range of hot and cold food and sweets.
Carrot cake, vanilla slice and the rasberry cheesecake slice are my favourite.
Seating inside or out in the nusery giving a quiet feel to the outdoor sitting experience.

I like looking for plants and accessories at a very good price, a very good experience.
