I had an online order lost in delivery! After a month of frustration, I called the Murray Bridge Big W (my closest store at 250kms away) the lovely lady I spoke to located my parcel and when it arrived called me and I came to pick it up. Absolutely outstanding customer service ⭐⭐⭐

The store is always well stocked, well organised and very clean. Love the fact that there are toilets just near the Layby Service Desk for when my daughter 'needs to go'. Staff helpful and friendly, and there is always something new to look at on the shelves when I visit. Great store!!

I was looking for a book that was on the website but not on the shelves. Ann-Marie checked her inventory and told me that was yet to be unpacked. I told her that I would just order it on line, but she insisted on having a look at the boxes. 5 minutes later she came back with said book. Great customer service.😀

Very neat and clean. Quiet and without excess noise. We got what we wete looking for easily. Girl at checkout was helpful, professional and natural, a good advertisement for the business. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Nice big store, lots to choose from. Plenty of undercover parking at this shopping centre. All in all a great place to shop, and a great centre too! This shop has been open now for several years and has settled into place nicely.

I was assisted by an assistant to pay for my goods and very friendly and helpful. A great selection of women's clothing but one jumper I will be returning, poor quality as threads pull very easily.
