Robin & Sue are always very friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sale, unlike the other chainsaw dealer in Clare. Highly recommended this shop and they do also repair Stihl products as well.

Actually knows what he's doing. Fixed my chainsaw when another place had no idea.

Good service but 5wks and $300 later. Not something I want to do again!

I’m shocked by the interaction I just had with the lady answering the phone. From the moment she answered she was rushed and short with me. I said I was looking for information on servicing a mower. She sighed and asked what brand. Once I said the brand her reply was “no we don’t service those as we don’t stock the parts” I started to talk but she continued, “thank you for calling goodbye” and hung up on me!
I was about to ask for information on what ride ons they do sell but, instead I was left with my jaw hanging.
The ‘front of house’ interaction has left me never wanting to deal with this company again- which is a shame as the other reviews indicate that this was a good company to spend my money at.
