Hills Towing & Aldgate Crash Repairs

I needed to have a car project moved from the Hills down to the city. The car was a shell on a dolly. Hills Towing were really great. From excellent booking, including liaison with both the pick up and drop off locations, through to careful loading and we’ll executed restraint, the experience was brilliant, and done at a very reasonable price. They made a tricky situation for me much easier. Highest recommendation!

When I was helpless at the accident scene late Friday night around 12 pm, I feel so grateful that Ms Gibbi and Mr Tony offered me the timely help to put my car in the safe place. Absolutely dismal. The customer service was shockingly rude from the start, while being misled about basic details on multiple occasions. Not only was the work poorly shown but it was incomplete. When discussing the shoddy workmanship, he tried to charge me extra for no reason. Horrible people skills and piss poor quality.
Do not recommend to anyone.

Lied to me about how my car was towed also caused further damage to car. And tried extorting me at Christmas time.

When I confronted him about his lies with his stories he started getting angry and aggressive. Please don't use this company.
