Went in today, lady with dreads eventually came out from some place of the shop (not behind the desk, but some extra room behind the desk) and acknowledged me after 5 minutes of me being in the shop on my own then went back into the hidden place she was in. Couldn't see her at all. Didn't ask if i needed help. Honestly lucky i don't steal as her lack of presence for pretty much the entire time i was there i easily could have walked out with heaps of stuff. I stood at the desk waiting for her to come back and serve me but she didn't so i ended up leaving. Customer service is everything and she lacked severely with that today.

Girl at desk did not acknowledge me when I entered even though she wasn’t busy. She was able to greet and chat with the man who came in the shop a minute after I did though, I continued to browse but was not offered any help or even a hello. Would not return.
