Twisted Sista Cafe & Gelateria - Casey Central

I love this place!! Apart from the INSANE range of icecreams, the foods been great so far & the staff are LOVELY. Super sweet crew, cant praise them enough.

I think one of the other cafes are trying to sabotage a new cafe on here They do not deserve the reviews they are receiving so some are fake and copycats ..They definitely have more choice than any other cafe .The staff are friendly and human 🤷🏻‍♀the place is clean unlike some of the other cafes in Casey central .The staff wipe the cake tray after the staff cut a slice of cake to keep it presented nicely with a new cloth.. Not the same one that is used for tables that someone someone commented . My 16 yr old granddaughter works part time and I am a customer so have tried the food and I have watched the staff scrub the place clean every night while picking her up .

I love the place I nearly go every day for my lunch. My coffees, beautiful service. The customer service is wonderful. I love them so much very friendly stuff and the food is so beautiful. I’m so glad they’re open in my shopping center one of the amazing coffee shop and amazing customer service.

Absolutely AMAZING!! I am a person that orders same meals when i go out so i usually know exactly what i want & how i want it & Varn on service was fantastic and accurate. Food was better then expected & came in a great time frame. Keep up the good work!!

Best cafe in Casey. The coffee is always good and the cakes are amazing!

Ordered coffee and cake although good cake slice was tiny.
Fountain gate twice the size

Brought two slices of cake to take away was told "it's going to take a long time" they have alot of coffee orders. This was while staff members were watching food toasting for 5 mins. Can't train kids these days

I can’t begin to express the annoyance I have with this location. Everytime I have ordered something, even after confirming multiple times at point of sale, the order has come out of the kitchen wrong. No cheese, no sauce , sometimes both ,wrong bread and above all else the bacon quality is terrible. It’s mostly fat and stringy. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop and go to one of the other cafes at Casey.

I couldn’t believe what I saw! The girl after cutting the cake used the cloth to clean the cake tray, then with the same cloth , spraying it and cleaned the counters!!!!! This is against food safety and hygiene and that cloth carry lots of germs and bacteria! They need to be careful and train their staff for safety food handling and serving!

They have 6 people working, and the service is slow.
