I had contacted another provider who didn't answer my call and didn't have voice message .Called these guys and Phil dealt with me promptly, calling back and arranging for tank to be emptied within 2 days. The contractor was great also , very prompt , professional. I highly recommend Adelaide hills Septic as your first option .10/10

After an enquiry on the weekend via e-mail I got a very prompt response and as it was non urgent, happily booked an appointment for two days later.

Having booked online, and having no idea about septic systems, by the time Phil arrived we had a beautiful front lawn with no septic tank in sight!

Phil was very helpful and helped me to find the tank and gave me some options in regards to how we could gain access to it. I opted to dig it up myself now that I knew the process and Phil was Fantastic, offering to come back later the same day and work around his schedule to give me the time to expose the tank for pumping.

Phil returned a couple of hours later and talked me through the process where a clog was uncovered and cleared and the system was pumped out and cleaned

With Phil's service and help I have a much better understanding of what is required to maintain the system and the know how to potentially troubleshoot myself for future problems. Thanks so much Phil!

When faced with a suddenly non functioning toilet system on a Saturday morning, calling Phil was a great decision, he quickly educated me on where to check the system to work out what the problem was, penciled me in for a next business day pump out if required, and encouraged me to follow up with my council to see if they could perform the service to save me the extra cost of having his company do it. Turns out there was a blockage (which cleared on inspection) Tank was also full, the council's contractor was able to bring my scheduled pump out forward, and when I spoke to Phil again to cancel the Monday pump out he continued to help by recommending helpful additives to boost the septic's performance going forward. Great guy to deal with would not hesitate to recommend his company. First class service, if you are not dealing with Phil my friend, then you are probably dealing with number twos, and that's no joke!

We had issue with our sewerage tank over the long weekend. I called the mobile number and Phil answered. He was very polite and helpful and advised us what we can do until after the long weekend. Even though it was a long weekend, he spent almost half hour with us on the phone recommending things. On Tuesday Mitch came and emptied our septic tank and pointed out the issues. We were very grateful for the service we received from this business and also the good price they gave us. I fully recommend them and we will surely use them in the future! Very happy with the customer service I received from this business, would probably have to say it was the best overall customer serviced I've had in any industry. Not only were they polite on the phone as well as very clear the worker that came out to site was just a good and professional (Apologies I've forgotten their names). I will 100% be recommending them to anyone that can use their services as well as continuing to use them when I can.

Phil was really helpful in getting one of his guys to come out and pump our septic. The dude that turned up (I didn't catch his name but I don't think it was Phil) was awesome, a really nice guy who did a professional job. Highly recommended.

Had a broken septic cover and was concerned we needed emergency work done. Phil answered our call immediately and was fantastic. Although he almost immediately knew that the repair we needed was outside of the remit of his company, he still (on a Saturday) took the time to talk through the issue with us and was able to explain that it wasn't an emergency and advise us who we could talk to in order to sort it out. Phil was very professional and honest, so I would not hesitate to contact him again in future should we actually need his services.

I cannot rate Phil and the guys at Adelaide Hills Septic highly enough!

Their service, from initial site visit with clear instructions on how to best prepare our septic system for pump out, to follow-up communication around the organisation of traffic controllers in the lead-up to service day was impeccable. They went above and beyond, liaising with the traffic controllers themselves on our behalf and ensuring that the pump out itself went as seamlessly as possibly.

I should also mention that a couple of other septic pump out companies had informed us that unfortunately our site would be too difficult for their trucks / systems to provide a pump out service, where as Phil from Adelaide Hills Septic came out for a site visit to discuss options and come up with a plan of action that resulted in a successful and faster than expected pump out.

Adelaide Hills Septic were amazing, when other places were saying 2 days until they could get out it took these guys only 2 hours. Matt then problem-solved on the job, meaning we didn't need additional services of a plumber. Phil also full of helpful tips and information and re-arranged the schedule to fit us in. Highly recommend!

Good service offered. The driver turned up promptly. After inspecting the tanks and conducting some level checks, he told me that a pump out wouldn't be necessary at this stage and then left without charging me.

I was in need of help quickly and although fully booked with jobs Phil was able to fit me in. Extremely helpful, great price and outstanding service. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Took the time to explain why we didn't need our tank emptying after another service recommended that they should empty the tank. This was of course at a loss of income to Adelaide Hills Septic as they only charged a very minimal call out fee and not the full clean our fee.
