UpThere has been my go to spot for sneakers and menswear for a good few years now. The staff are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable about the brands being stocked. Went there earlier today. Tried 4 stores prior looking for a pair of shoes in my size and none had any half sizes. Came here and this was the only store with half sizes in the Asics range. The staff were quick to get me sorted and were really helpful. 10/10

Today i had some online queries with “Up there store” and was assisted by the sublime customer liaison “Harry”.
I had been issued a free delivery code but it was not working so Harry created a new one so i could put it through on my lunchbreak that afternoon from work. In my haste i put the incorrect postage details as i had recently moved and didn’t update correctly but Harry was there yet again to save the day and changed the details post haste!!

Has some of the best sales during Boxing Day and one of the top of my list during sales season. You can find good quality, exclusive sneakers or threads at 50% or more off. I found a pair of sneakers on their online store but I didn’t want to pay for shipping, so I called up and asked if it was in store and to my luck it was. Helpful friendly staff, love the setup of the store and glad they have good COVID-19 setup in place.

Big shout out to Harry in customer service for his top notch assistance! He got my query sorted in record time, and was awesome to deal with. Thanks to Alec in-store as well for his help on the phone!

Small façade that can be easy to miss, Up There is a must visit for every workwear/gorpcore/denimhead enthusiast. Varied selection of sneakers including Salomon, Nike and new balance.

I found all my favourite brands including Norse projects, engineered garments and kapital. Good selection of popular kapital products; Boro ugly sweater, sashiko denim pants. You will find also find their in house brand which sports some comfortable tees.

We got a few clothes items from Up there, a nice clothes store ( and shoes as well) in central Melbourne
Not a huge amount of selections but we got what we wanted in the end
Staff are friendly and we had a nice time looking around and trying

Surprising variety of stock online. Some really stylish/eclectic selections as well. Went into the store and tried-on/bought a pair of classy New Balance shoes on sale. Note: there's much more available online than displayed on their store shelves. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommended.
