Absolutely worth a visit for their Bánh mì! Incredibly lovely staff and delicious food. The seating, inside and out, is comfortable and has a wonderful atmosphere.

Authentic Vietnamese food with a modern twist. Saigon secret is all about fresh and flavoursome food, fantastic service and a great vibe. We really enjoyed our dinner here. We ordered the chicken satay skewers with pineapple and cherry tomatoes (SO yum), Peking duck wraps (solid fave), angry beef stirfry (so fresh and packed with tender beef and veggies) and the crispy pork salad (delicious). Every dish was amazing and their homemade lemon, lime bitters went down a treat. Will be back!

Has unusually high quality Vietnamese food. Can change many dishes to vegan. Large veges in the stir frys, perfectly cooked, with really nice sauces. High recommended food. Angry Beef done as vegan with tofu and veges, spicy, is a great choice. Restaurant's vibe is also good. Nice inside, and lots of outdoor seating, and a awning heater for winter. Very nice, friendly staff.

Delayed review from October 2023. We had a celebration lunch at the venue for a group of 25. Food was great- really accommodating to some specific requests e.g. cake etc . If you are looking for group dining this offers great value for money.

Staff are really nice and friendly. I go here often with my family. The food is always lovely, and the restaurant is nice on the indoors. The staff put a lot of effort into the food, and even small things like the rice is done really well. The banh mis are also good, with quality bread and ingredients.

Had such a lovely dinner here!!! Li was our waitress, and always looks after us. Definatley worth a visit!!

You get the most authentic taste, spiced up with modern unique touches to every dish. Must try their papaya salad (get it with extra crackling pork and fried onion, thank me later). Still can’t get over how flavourful the salad is especially when the spices kicked in after a few bites!

Great food at good prices. Been there multiple times and food never disappoints, always fresh and delicious. Staff are so nice and we’re even ready to give a discount when drinks were 5 minutes delayed. Would highly recommended for an enjoyable night out.

My friend and I had a great time here. It’s a cool little spot to eat at especially on a Tuesday night. The Pho was incredibly tasty and the restaurant stands out among Rathdowne Street. We also had some good laughs with our waiter Javan who provided us with great service and helped make our night.

Had a Crispy Pork Bahn Mi there today, although on the slightly salty side, I could actually taste the spices in the pork which is great, as it’s often not the case with other places that serve crispy pork, and the baguette was fresh and crusty. Will definitely go back for more. And it’s probably the cheapest lunch one can get on Rathdowne St.
