I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Customer service is exceptional; I'm new into vinyl and I'll for sure be back to extend my collection. (Though next time not to close to closing). Thank you thank you thank you!

I never write google reviews but this place is the absolute best record store I’ve ever gone to and it needs to be said! The selection of titles across CDs, vinyls and cassettes are unbeatable; they’ve had titles I’ve been looking for for years. I’ve found some real gems there - and I’ve never come out of this store empty handed. The guys who run the place are absolutely awesome, I look forward to seeing them just as much as seeing what new titles they have in store. Needless to say I love this place and couldn’t recommend it more!

Arrived to the store with a badly warped vinyl I purchased from Discogs.
The guys were absolutely professional and prompt. Got a call the next day saying it was fixed and out in the post.
Exceptional customer service skills and pricing.

Went in browsing for some CDs and I found the desk staff person 'David' there very helpful and friendly. He took the time to show me arrange of different music options that I was looking for and I found some perfect CDs. - Hamish John Appleby

I saw waaaay too many titles here that I wanted to bring home with me. I need to eat though and pay bills so I'll have to pace myself with this place. Really helpful staff and a dangerously good selection of titles. I'll be back.

Excellent collection of Michael Jackson and the Jacksons I've been buying a couple of their albums nearly every Mon. I've almost got the lot. They have a great range of all artists. Second hand and new. DVDs Cds vinyls

Great store: both stock and staff. They offer a service of straightening warped records: it rescued a much-loved LP that I had given up for dead. Recommended!

I ordered a record online recently, not a rare record as such, but semi hard to find. I paid about $80 for it including shipping and it took 8 weeks to get here because of lockdown. I was so gutted to find it had been warped in transit! I imagine it would have just been sitting on the 60 degree Dubai tarmac for weeks, so naturally was pretty heartbroken.
A mate told me Goldmine Records in Carlton do some wizardry to de-warp records. I took mine in there and the guy who was a genuine G.C, sorted it out for me for only $10. Of course there is no guarantee they will be able to de-warp your record, but it's worth a shot, as I was saying, it's straight wizardry. It's really made my day.
