Love love love staying at the Fisherman's Cottage. The was our 5th time and it is always so clean and spacious, and in the perfect location for walking anywhere in town. The huge deck has a BBQ and brilliant views of the water. The onsite caretaker, Shane, is extremely helpful, polite and always available if required. He ensured there was enough firewood for us as usual! Thanks for another fabulous stay here - we will be back!

What a wonderful spot to spend a weekend! We love that they are dog friendly and for the human side, EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower!
Mallacoota is a beautiful little village and Bruce's are so well situated that you are able to enjoy all the amenities! We're going back for a couple of weeks later in the year and will definitely stay here!!!

My family has stayed at Dot’s Lakehouse several times. We love it - wonderful location, great view. It’s an older place but well appointed and such a nice feel, a beautiful garden, and the manager, Shane, is really helpful.

Last minute booking for Bruce's units and they did not disappoint! Stayed in village views unit 3. The place was so neat and tidy. Good to see Shane and the cleaner around everyday doing work, it really shows in all the units. Plus that it's pet friendly. So close to town, with easy walking distance to everything! Will stay here again.

Great accommodation in a perfect location. Clean and tidy with all you need supplied. Good parking for car and boat . Very good for our dogs. Brilliant for boating with a private jetty. Caretaker Shane is very friendly and very helpful. No complaints.

Amazing location, pet friendly and super nice accommodation. It's a short 5 minute walk to the shops, and a similar length drive to the beach.

I've stayed in multiple cabins multiple times and it's always been a fantastic experience.

The only thing I'd change is maybe upgrading the smaller cabins, as they're getting a bit out of date. Though that doesn't matter if you spend all your time enjoying the outdoors.

Can't wait to go back!

We have been here for the 2021 June long weekend and just have our last night in Village View Unit 2 to go. It has been perfect, Husband and I with our two furbabies Elton and Lucy. Unit was small but clean and had everything we and our pups needed and it is literally 2 minute walk to the shops. It has been a great relaxing couple of days away from the normality of our lives. Thanks for the hospitality Bruce's Waterfront Units.

My husband and I are musicians so we were there for the Croajamalong Gathering and Gospel session in August 2018. The large deck on our unit overlooking the lake was the best place to jam with our friends. The unit provided just what we needed and having a washing machine there as we have been on the road was bliss. The pet friendly environment meant folk who came to the jam session could bring their pets along and that is very special. Five stars for me with my needs - it was walking distance to all the activities I needed to go to.

I wish there were 6 stars to click. We had a marvellous stay at Dot's gorgeous house. It has everything you could wish for - comfortable beds, big kitchen/socialising area, lovely view and lots of visiting birds.
And the Mallacoota area is full of great places to walk/drive to. Plenty happening if you'd like that, or you can just enjoy 'the serenity'.

Stayed here with friends and had a marvelous time. We stayed at Dot's lakehouse which is walking distance to beaches, shops, fishing and kayak spots. We particularly loved the birds. Parrots and Lorrikeets greet you every evening and demand to be fed. There is a giant kangaroo paw plant in the front yard which the wattle birds love, while the kookaburras above laugh. We played a game of cricket in the front yard. Highly recommended.

Beautiful birds, and views, fenced yards for dogs, plenty of boat parking. Sit on the veranda and see your boat moored below. Fantastic decks. One block from the bakery, hotel and boat lake launching. Relax and enjoy.

5 Stars for this one! Hey… We had a great time at Mallacoota last weekend attending the inaugural Mallacoota Music Jammalong, for some great music AND delightful Mallacoota friendliness. We stayed at Bruce’s waterside Flats (not for the first time) which is always special. Flat 1 was very cozy and comfortable accommodation for our group. The rooms were clean, warm and quite spacious enough for our group of 4 and the little yard was perfect for our little dog. The flats are just a shout away for that wonderful CafĂ© 51, The Mallacoota Hotel Family Bistro and the fantastic Lucy’s Noodle House. What more could you want for a muso’ weekend
