Very good customer service! The staff were friendly and did good and quick work of my tyre patching

Mum went there and guy was very helpful even though English was a second language for mum. Mum said he was nice and honest. I’ve been there before last time I changed my tyres too and they are good guys and service was good. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Beaurepaire Keysborough , Lachlan and his team member who made my experience hassle free and I am very happy with my car. I found sean and the staff very pleasant. They were helpfull and went out of there way with my car. They were well priced with tyres especially when they have the buy 3 get one free deals. I will definitely use them again. Not sure about the other reviews about the staff. Maybe they have had a staff change in recent times as they were very good. Give them a go.

Our company use these guys a lot, and for good reason. They really know their stuff and will actually go out of their way to make sure you save money. Here you’re going to get the kind of customer service that we are all looking for.
Personally, they have helped me out of a jam. I had a flat and the spare was cactus too. They got straight to it and fixed the puncture while I waited.

Ashleigh is a legend! She went to another store to collect the tyres that I wanted. She kept me up to date with everything, the communication was fantastic. I really wasn’t expecting much from a tyre store but Ash blew me away with her outstanding customer service skills. Every business needs an Ash!!

Great friendly and quick service, the team in Keysbourogh were able to fit me for 4 new tyres and wheel alignment with only a couple of days notice. Its like driving a different car now.

Excellent service. Was informed about the state of my tyres and was offered a great price to replace all my tyres. Shaun was on the job as soon as I agreed to have my tyres replaced. He offered me a coke or water while I waited for my tyres to be replaced. He took care of everything and was professional all the way.

Very very friendly staff the new assistant manager Shaun has only been there for a few months and is very knowledgeable, and has really brought a possitive change to the store. I go in frquently for a wheel alignment and always satisfied. Highly recommended 👍
