I cannot speak high enough of the lovely ladies that work at this store!!! From my very first time I stepped in the store to even now, the girls are so friendly, helpful no matter how big or small my questions may be, no matter how big or small my purchase may be, they are always happy to serve and make sure I walk out satisfied with my item/s.

Amazing staff who always have a weird and wonderful story to tell, seem genuine when they ask if you need help, the store has a wide range for all, even open late for all your late night fun

Absolutely amazing service! They're very patient and will help you find what the best product for you.

Best place to get ya lady off in many ways

i walked into the shop to get my daughter bra fitted. Instead i was offered many inappropiate things that i cant name because of my christan faith. I saw men putting collars and leaches on eachother. would not visit again.

Was approached by a very aggressive woman employee ( a woman with dark hair) who seemed to be overwhelmed with the importance of her job. "What are you looking for?" she bellowed giving me a filthy look. A "May I help you?" with a smile would have been much more civil..
Because of her attitude and down right rudeness, I decided not to make my purchases here, and drove to Moorabbin and spent my $500 there. Very impressed with the shopthough, lots of variety and very well stocked, but seriously lacking in customer service skills and basic manners.
