I went there knowing the reviews and tbh it wasn’t even that bad the lady was nice and the other guy was cool too he remembered all the costs and didn’t bother anyone, so yea I would definitely go there again if I got the chance.

I have been going to this milk bar since 2021 and ONLY this milk bar to buy cartons of cigarettes when I was a smoker and now vapes. I have spent what would be thousands there as each carton was $240/$245 depending on the day not to mention my partner also spending there for drinks, candy etc. Last time I went I purchased 3 vapes which cost $95. These were rechargeable vapes and 6000 puffs each therefore they last quite some time! I used the first until a couple of days ago the flavor began to run out then opened me the second. I tried it and it tasted as if there was no flavor at all - the top half seemed to be leaking into the bottom as you can open them (IGET BAR PLUS). I took all 3 vapes back to the store last night and used google translate to explain what the problem was even though you could visibly see the liquid drops coming out of the canister. The elderly lady who runs the store assumed I wanted to purchase another though again I attempted to explain it was faulty and requested a replacement. She then got her daughter on the phone who could speak English. The daughter told me her mother does not know if I purchased the vape from there so she can’t do anything and I would have to come back tomorrow morning as her daughter was home at that moment. I asked if her mother told her what the issue was with the vape to which she said no. I then explained the liquid was leaking therefore it is faulty and I am requested a replacement as well as to purchase another…the daughter continued to tell me she had no proof that I purchased the vape from there. I told the daughter I was a loyal customer to their store and only ever go there to purchase vapes and previously cigarettes etc. The daughter continued to say my mother doesn’t remember you which was untrue and again hurtful considering I would speak to her in the few Chinese words I know and she would always have a big smile when I came in. The daughter continued to talk over me on the phone and the mother was also appearing angry raising her voice speaking in Chinese to her what I would assume be husband and daughter on the phone. I showed the transaction to them on my bank app and the daughter then told me that it was a while ago. To be exact 5th of December 2023. I then asked the daughter if she smoked? As I don’t understand how she thinks I could smoke 3x 6000 puff vapes in less than one month as the date was 2nd of Novemeber. Regardless of this the daughter was still denying my request. I then explain they also sell illegal items in their store which is wrong as it contributes to the already big drug problems we have in the society and stated they are denying me the right to a replacement of a faulty product which I paid for though will happily sell illegal/imported items to people that ruin lives. Mind you these items are literally sitting in the counter window open for ALL to see. I’m not sure how they can do so and get away with it as fines for possession of this one particular item are thousands though they will happily sell them to people though refuse a loyal customer a replacement of a faulty product. This SCREAMS we do not care about this country or community, the harm we are enabling with illegal sale of products and we will not replace a faulty item - we just want to MAKE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY and are kind to you until you challenge us over a $30 transaction. Once I mentioned to their daughter that I can see in their window the illegal items displayed the daughter asked for her mother to be put on the phone to where I advised her mother can hear her she is on loud speaker. The mother then walked to the back of the store and brought out two vapes for me to replace the faulty one and purchase the second as that was my initial intention. I picked up the first vape and opened it to check and make sure this was not faulty and left. The then shook the other vape so I would buy it and I told them there is no way I will ever return or purchase another item from their store again. Absolutely disgusted with my experience and made to feel like a thief for $30.

This store is quite awful when it comes to their customer service. They put ANYONE behind the cash register with no understanding to how the store runs.

Hi have been to get my parcel 3-4 time to this store but every time the lady and a man refused. They said that my name is not in their handwritten diary so it means my parcel haven't come and they refused to talk. Both are very rude. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Awful store and staff doesn’t even listen to you. Went to return an Amazon parcel and the guy asked me over and over to print the label even though the no label option was clearly selected on the Amazon instructions. Would avoid this place AT ALL COST
