We had an amazing time at this gorgeous place, the hosts are so accommodating and friendly!
We had two very nice nights in the cosy living room reading and playing board games. They served us breakfast in the morning and recommended a places for lunch and dinner.
Definitely recommend staying here!!

A lovely overnight stay here on our Melbourne to Sydney roadtrip. Jenny and Graeme were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the lodge is so tranquil and thoughtfully decorated. Would have loved to have spent longer here, enjoying a book in the cosy shared sitting room or walking around the grounds.

Great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Bring food and cook up a feast in a full kitchen and grill. Or go to town and have dinner. Lovely continental breakfast served.

We didn't get to stay at the lodge due to a last-minute travel change, but the Graeme was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our reservation, and we look forward to staying at this beautiful lodge in the near future!

A serene, quiet, beautiful, incredibly peaceful guest house with wonderfully warm hospitality from Jenny and Graeme. A lazy few days just getting lost in your latest book or plenty of suggestions for walks and activities in the beautiful Mallacoota area from Jenny and Graeme. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the friends we made with other guests. We will be back!

We are a couple from Sweden and rented a night at the lodge, a stop on our road trip along the coast. This was our favorite stop. Not only the amazing view from the porch, breakfast room and living room took our breath away, but the hosts were the most welcoming, kind and helpful we have met. We had our 1 year old with us and they accommodated our every need to make this stay as easy as it can be.
The lodge is very old and has a fascinating history that the hosts will gladly talk about. And be sure to walk down the shore line, maybe spot same kangaroos or just enjoy the breeze and view.
Totally recommended, in our opinion a must stop if you're planning on staying in the whereabouts of Mallacoota.

Cheerful, accommodating, helpful hosts Graeme and Jenny
This is such a relaxing haven with a view to die for. The building is welcoming, comfortable with a magnificent shared kitchen big enough for everyone to cook their own meals. A fantastic breakfast spread is provided. There’s lots of outdoor things to do on and beside the inlet and ocean.

My husband and I stayed here spontaneously as part of our road trip to Melbourne from South of Sydney. Blown away by the beauty of this lodge. The hosts are so down to earth, welcoming, and can tell they put in a lot of effort for their guests to enjoy their stay.
The place is immaculate & full with any amenities you need.
Nothing can beat the view it has to offer. Really something you need to see for yourself!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a stop over on the coastal drive between Sydney to Melbourne, and our only regret was not staying longer! This is a perfect spot for a quiet retreat, with great service, clean and well maintained rooms and an overall comfortable stay! We'll definitely be back!

Just a wonderful place and very worth the trip. We have stayed a few times now and enjoy it more every time. Family groups are made very welcome and couples rooms are well segregated so if you want some space there is always a spot on the verandah to relax, take in the glorious view and read the paper. Winter is also a great experience with the roaring open fire and cosy atmosphere.

Breathtakingly beautiful spot, Graeme and Jenny are the friendliest and most helpful hosts imaginable, and the lodge itself is old world stunning. Can’t recommend this place more highly, no question will try to stay here again!

Great place to stay and lovely hosts. I stayed here with my 4 kids and it was a beautiful lodge with outstanding views. The kitchen was fantastic to cook in, and the dining room had beautiful water views.

Stayed here with local Victorian family for my dads 60th birthday but I drove down from the now very busy/bustling Gold Coast where I grew up and was not really sure what to expect. When I got out of my car, I just had no words. I've never seen a view like it in my short 26 years and I don't think I have felt that relaxed since I was a teenager. I am back up at the Gold Coast now (which has some pretty great views/places itself) writing this review from my desk at my "9-5" and all I want to do is get in my car and go back. Thank you so much for having me... and putting up with my piano playing & singing.. haha.

Just want to sit in the lodge all day long. Thanks warm welcome from the hosts. And don’t forget about moonlights, the best part of time. Walk distance to jetties and want to bring my DSLR next time
