Springvale Eye Clinic

I've booked my dad here on two occasions. One time Dr Elaine Wong was able to surgically repair his double vision issue. Recently Dr Bob Wang removed a wood splinter in his eye. Couldn't be happier with the care they've provided for my dad. Thank you.

Terrible reception people. I would give them 0 stars if I can. They don’t care. Rude. 2 hour waiting time and still waiting. Would not recommend anyone here.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Was given contradicting information from two different people about the procedure. Got told off by the receptionist because my kids 4 and 6 were not wearing masks. I was never informed it was mandatory for the clinic! I would not even refer my worst enemy there. This doesn't deserve any stars!

Absolutely no clarity on wait times, It's frustrating just sitting at reception 1 hour into the scheduled appointment time. An absolute waste of time as well. The doctor doesn't care about the patient at the end of day, just wants to go home. No clear explanation of the problem. Also prescribes a medicine that is "hard to find and possibly out of stock" anyway. Would not recommend at all.

Very rude and unprofessional doctor and all the staff working there, if you see this comment, just cancel any appointments you have made or going to make. They are impatient and not helpful, wasting your time and money. Go to other eye clinics!!!!!

Sat in waiting room for 1 hour got seen my doctor for 5 minutes and told to sit in the waiting room to be called again 3 patience go in and then called back in after 50 minutes. Unproffesional would never reconment this place to anybody.
