Decent selection and really helpful, knowledgable staff. Shout out to Frederico in particular for being so friendly on both days that I went in, and helping me out when I bought the wrong size in error. Would go again!

Service by Will was super helpful. He assisted me to find shoes in my size and the desired style and also instructed me in care and maintenance. Shoe range of the store was incredibly aesthetic and practical.

I visited the store with a pair of boots that had a warranty issue. I purchased them online, but needed an in store inspection
. The store was busy, and as a customer who hadn't spent any money in-store, I didn't expect much help. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that not only did the staff change my boots for new ones, but they insisted intake a new pair that hadn't been tried on, and one staff member left the store to return with my choice of two new boxes of boots. The issue with the boot was a small one, but I left the store feeling like a VIP, and as I work in customer service I really appreciated how I was treated and the process and attitude of the staff who I could see were very passionate about representing the brand.

My family and friends buy shoes from timberland for many years coz they are in very good quality leather shoes..
as I am leather worker and I know what's good,, they always use high grade leather in their products. Unlike other brands using all of the off cuts and pig leather which never keeps warm and smells..
As for customer service is 10out of 10 both in store and online customer care.
I have returned the same style shoe 2 times because I was unsure of the size and the second time the color but always had friendly response every time and helpfull both the management and shop assistants.
As for refunds I only had to ask for refund once over the years just recently on 30/5/22 And I contacted both in store online customer care...geuss what? They were Quick Responsive and helpfull , I have not experienced after care as good as this in many years.. as we all know most major stores and brands don't really wanna hear you and drive you Upto walls...
If you are after good quality leather shoes make no mistake this is the place to go to.
And the these people will be very helpfull while you try and test like I have been.... and I am no easy person when it comes to shoes and leather

Excellent service from all staff despite how busy it was (peak hour on long weekend). Staff member Tom in particular took care of us to ensure I could find a pair of walking shoes that suited my ridiculously wide feet. Very happy with the purchase and got it at a great price!
