This is our favourite bubble tea spot in the south-east! The taste is always consistent and the staff are so friendly and careful. We always come back here, we have bubbletea more often than we should. I just made a big group order for work and they labled all the cups and provided the right sized straws depending if we had toppings or not and they didn't mess up any of our orders ❤❤ They seriously set the standard.

the staff are amazing! i go there all the time and i love it. such a great place to go to! i highly recommended. they made my order so well and so fast every time. also, barely ever long lines. 5 stars, definitely!

Recently tried this place for the first time and it's now become my favourite tea place! 😁 I'm determined to try every item on the menu! All that I have tried so far have been both delicious and refreshing! Definitely recommend!

Cha Cha has the best bubble tea on this side of Springvale 🧋small family-operated franchise. The mum is super lovely and the children who help serve know what they’re doing. Have never had a bad boba from here.

I started working at the Homeco recently and tried a bubble tea from chacha. Now I’m a daily customer 🫢I’m trying a different one everyday. This is so cool. Highly recommended. Choose whatever you want. They never disappoint you. Love this place. ❤

Absolutely amazing! I visited on Saturday and the staff was just incredible: Super helpful and friendly, made the best bubble tea I've ever had (an awesome combo of oolong and black sugar!) The very definition of service with a smile. ☺ Thank you for making my day!

Best teas I've ever had in my life with fair prices, I've had black sugar, black sugar matcha, taiwanese milk tea and more. staff are extremely kind and friendly unlike many other places, I highly recommend🧎🏻‍♀🫶

That guy who gave them 1 star was rude and kept changing his mind about what he wanted😡😡 i was right behind him!! Anyway, the staff there were fantastic about the whole situation and tried to help him as much as possible. I hope he never goes back!! He doesn't deserve there smile and service they do a great job and amazing drink 😁 keep up the good work 👍

Amazing bubble tea. My favourite is lychee tea. Staff is extremely friendly and cares about providing optimum service. Highly recommend them.

The black pearls are nice and chewy no matter what time I go in at. Opening or almost closing. It’s the most perfect texture it’s not too soft and gooey. It’s firm and chewy! The place looks amazing ! And so are the staff!

I've tried ChaCha's Taro Milk Tea and it was the best. Staff are really friendly and accommodating

The friendly staff helped me choose a tea and they suggested the crème brûlée. It was perfect. Not too sweet like most tea places these days. 10/10 Customer service was very good.
