I have been pleased and satisfied with the advice and work of Dr Lenny in dealing with a failed crown. She has clearly explained the options to me and been caring and professional in doing the work. I'm very happy with her knowledge, skills and service.

These guys saw me at the last minute on a Friday night before I was about to head away on holiday and resolved an infection that otherwise could have become very painful over the weekend. They were professional, thorough and friendly, couldn't have asked for more! Would not hesitate recommending them!

I cannot rate Woodend Dental highly enough. I have been attending this clinic for over 3 years. Their professionalism is outstanding. Ty is a dentist that will not suggest work be done unless it is necessary. He is honest, gentle and explains all aspects of any procedure. I have found him to be a man of utmost integrity.

I have the usual fear of going to the dentist. Well I no longer have that fear, my appointment with Dr Sonya., was calming and although I was tense I was treated with care and understanding. Dr. Sonya was Informative as the cleaning procedure was in progress with plenty of time to clear my throat , relax and general care with regard to my nervousness.

I’m not a fan of dentist visits, however being treated by the friendly and informative Dr. Mariam and nurse Tanya was a good experience, so much so that I may actually go back for a six month checkup (instead of my usual once in 2years)!
Reception staff were also very efficient and friendly.
I would highly recommend.

What started off as a great experience during my first visit, my 2nd visit wasnt at all near the same. The receptionist asked me to put a mask on. Im exempt and havent had to show proof of exemption in a few months as studies show masks dont even work anyway. So I didnt think to bring it. When I couldnt produce an exemption (that is illegal to ask for if they arent an official) she told me with a very rude tone to go sit by the door like a rabid animal. They both had masks on and there was not one person in the waiting room. The others would have to walk close to me anyway if I took a seat where she told me. So I asked her why am I being treated this way? She said because Ill make the other patients uncomfortable. I called off the appointment as this was a very alienating way to treat someone. Im beyond disappointed with the reception staff as Ive never been treated like that. I absolutely will not be coming back to this place. That lady should be fired for treating humans that way.

Cancelled my appointment 3 times before I changed dentists. The last time, they rang me 15 minutes prior to the appointment to change it. Really bad customer service.
