Arova Bathrooms - Mulgrave

We recently bought a mirrored bathroom cabinet from Arova. Compared to big name suppliers like Ikea and Bunnings, the variety in sizes, the warranty period and the price all came out way ahead. It came ready-assembled (not flatpacked) and the warehouse staff took the trouble to open and check the mirror for possible breakage, before loading it into my car. The customer service staff were also pleasant and helpful. I’ll be back to Arova.

Omar at Arova, was very helpful and promptly responded to any query I had re product and delivery. Purchased 2 vanities and was very pleased with high quality of their products, given how competitive their prices are.

Well-attended to, given good advice, prices were very reasonable, good quality, easy collect system, no-fuss exchange or refund. Pleasant experience overall.

Products was perfect excellent range and a good price. Only criticism I have was the sales person was not up with fittings for a gravity fed hot water service. He should have known that the fittings were not suitable and it then cost us a 20% restocking fee to return item for a credit.

Great service and good price. Kelly helped answer all our queries. Range of toilet pans could be better as they only have very few options.

Wow. I am so impressed with the service, quality and price at this place. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful but they have a great range of bathroom fixtures and supplies.
I picked up all my bathroom fittings at the back in the warehouse and the men double/triple checked my order to ensure everything was there and I was happy.

Although we had to wait for a shipment to arrive it was well worth it. The bathroom will look amazing for Christmas! Every item is exactly what we wanted, great quality too. Couldn't be happier ☺. Thank you Arova ❤

Friendly and helpful staff and extensive range of products in the showroom which is attached to the warehouse enabling immediate collection of purchases and stock levels seem very good also.
They are at the top of my list for bathroom fittings.

Great products! We’ve previously purchased an above counter was basin and this time a 900mm vanity which we love!! Thankyou for having amazing products that are not the same as everyone else.

Vivian was awesome when I forgot to add the basin for our vanity. I called the following morning and she helped me add it to my order. It’s such a lovely vanity and the service was so quick and seamless that we have just placed another order for the same vanity for our other bathroom.

Excellent bathroom supplier. They have a good range of bathroom items and the service was friendly and not pushy. We also like the fact they have a warehouse facility so we could pick-up almost immediately what we chose (unlike most other outlets who typically say "3-4 weeks to get it in"). Prices are very good too. Will definitely re-visit when its time to renovate our ensuite. Recommended!

We purchased a package of cabinets, basins, benchtop and shower screens we were initially told the colour of the clips for the screens we wanted was out of stock, so agreed to the stainless steel finish. When I opened the package I found the original finish I had asked for (awesome!) Sometimes its the little things Thankyou to Nitish

The staff member, May, was courteous, and competent. Nothing was too much trouble. The order was promptly available and good quality. I would happily return and recommend Arova to others.
