UPDATE: Per the reply from Bissell below, they have refunded the postage on the order - which I appreciate. Actually that reminded me I forgot to say in my original review that I never received an email purchase or shipping confirmation & had to email Bissell to ask the status of the order about 4 days after I ordered it. Anyway, upping my review to 5* due to Bissell's response.

I purchased a Bissell steam mop a month or so ago on Amazon. I've been using Bissell products for years & always been happy with them, so figured it was a safe bet. Unfortunately, after the 2nd use the cap on the water tank split. I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to make a warranty claim with Amazon for what is probably a $2 part, so I went to the Bissell store online to get one. In the end I ordered a complete tank & cap assembly for $16. When I got to the checkout I discovered that shipping was an additional $15 - which I thought was a bit steep, but figured it was probably because it would get to me quickly.

As it turned out, the $15 was for shipping with Australia Post - the slowest, most unreliable service possible. It took over a week to arrive & then when it did I wasn't home, so because Bissell required a signature on delivery I had to wait another day & then go to my local post office to pick it up.

I think if you're going to charge $15 for shipping you could at least send it with Express Post (& still get change), or charge half that & send it with a courier & have it delivered within a couple of days. I definitely won't make the mistake of ordering anything from Bissell's website again.

I have just vacuumed and mopped all my hard floors in 50mins!! Usually this is a job that takes at least 1.5hours. Mopping definitely is on the top of my priority list after having back surgery 4years ago. It puts a massive strain on my back to vacuum and mop. Especially the mopping action. For years I have had to do it with a straight back and not twisting back and fourth. So 9/10 times mopping gets pushed to the side and I will do it when it desperately needs it or do a quick mop with my vileda mop. The Bissell Crosswave is a game changer for me. I have just vacuumed and mopped in 50mins with no back pain whatsoever. I 100% recommend!! Except I'm not sure I'll ever get over what the dirty water canister looks like when I'm done!

We went yesterday to Bissell Mulgrave, we had the Bissell Crosswave and David served us. He was the most humble, honest, well mannered, amazing Sales person I have met! We will definitely be back just to be served by him! We need more Sales people like him! Rare to see such friendly and lovely people these days! I had to take the time out to give his amazing feedback! I will also be sending one with the company directly! More positive reviews need where deserved! Keep it up David from Mulgrave! I purchased the BOLT lift off last december and I love it. The battery life is amazing and last for 3 days straight with me vacuuming everyday. I love how it does not have any wire and I can turn it on whenever and wherever. The suction is not that strong but it definitely sufficient, I have 4 dogs and fur flying everywhere however with it, my house is definitely cleaner. It also stands on it own so I can leave it anywhere in the house without tripping over all the pipes and wire.

I had the best experience at Bissell headquarters in Mulgrave!! I had a pet stain eraser portable carpet cleaner which would just not charge, I rang the 1300 number and was advised that the problem is with the battery. So I travelled all the way out to Mulgrave thinking maybe I can get it fixed. Unfortunately it couldn’t. The lovely “Kylie” greeted me at the door and took it out the back for a quick look see from a technician but came out with the news it couldn’t b fixed😭😭. She then proceeded to tell me she was going to give me a new one, to which I replied “OMG Really”, I love you!!!. If Kylie’s boss is reading this you should give her a pay rise!!! She was AWESOME I can’t thank you enough!!! You guys have awesome products and your customer service is 10 stars!!! Again Thanku so much, I’m truly grateful 😁😁😁

I purchased the Bissell Spot cleaner after my mother told me how amazing it is. I have a 3 year old, a newborn and a German Shepherd and my house is carpeted throughout. The spot cleaner is perfect for our family cleaning up messes like they never happened. It’s a great size so easy to store in the cupboard and super easy to use. So happy with my purchase that I have now ordered the Proheat x2 pet revolution carpet cleaner to do my whole house. By far the best spot carpet cleaner I have used.

I absolutely love my Bissell Crosswave
I have had it for over 12months now and it still is amazing. With a extremely fluffy puppy, it does my entire carpets and tiles. My mum and sister now love theirs to. Life changing 😊🤗🐶

SPOT CLEAN PRO - I think some of the issues people may have had with their machines may have been from not reading the instructions thoroughly. I can see how there maybe be a few things that need to be checked to ensure the cleaner works properly and doesn't leak. After two uses so far, I'm really happy with the product. I wish I had it years ago when I first got my pet dog (to clean up dog wee). It worked really well on a spill on our carpet and I feel good knowing it's there on hand for any future accidents from pets/ children. Now I want to buy a carpet cleaner to do rooms/ large areas! I feel great knowing the carpet is clean! I did notice a little bit of water in the base of the unit after The first use, but now that I've read the instructions a couple of time. I think I didn't have the tanks in firmly enough. Overall, very happy with the purchase! 👍

Me and my Partner purchased 2 Bissell products in July 2018 from Noel Leeming. A BISSELL 1971F BOLT STICK VAC and a BISSELL 2066F REVOLUTION PET Carpet cleaner. We love both of them! The stick vacuum is so light and easy to use. I never knew how much of a pain a cord was! The carpet cleaner works great. I am glad we went with my choice of brands :) - Rose

I bought the Bissel Pet Hair Eraser vacuum a few months ago and I've been super happy. I use it to vacuum my carpet, lino and tiles and works great. I have a husky and she sheds a lot, this picks up majority of her hair. I love that the power head is safe as it automatically stops if a tangle is detected and as it's a pet hair vacuum my long hair doesn't wrap around the power head roller and clog like my old vacuum! Looking into purchasing a Bissel crosswave soon!

I recently purchased the new Bissell Crosswave Pet Professional. It is incredible! You'd think after vacuuming and mopping the floor with hot water and industrial grade floor cleaner that the floor would be clean but nope 😂😯 it's amazing how the turbo head vacuums and mops at the same time, this save so so much time. It is hard to get under furniture and the edges but it's not a big deal when I does such an amazing job on the rest of the floor 😍

I have owned the portable upholstery cleaner for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! So when I discovered the Crosswave vacuum/mop all in one for pets I was excited! The Crosswave is fantastic!!! As a person with disabilities and pets this makes my life so much quicker and easier. I don't need to hire a cleaner as often.

I bought a Bissell spot cleaner, they definitely did NOT disappoint! My 4 year old sons mattress was embarrassing to say the least, I was going to get him a new one as the amount of accidents he has had that soaked through his mattress protector while toilet training is crazy! Anyway his horribly stained mattress that I had tried hand cleaning so many times with many different products, is now white again!!! It smells amazing it looks new with very little effort. That little purple machine is POWERFUL! I just want to clean everything with it!

Bought the Bissell proheat 2x revolution pet carpet cleaner. So happy with the product and my carpets are now brought back to life. Easy to use machine and does a great job. Can't wait to use attachments to clean my mattress next!
Highly recommend and worth the $$$

I purchased a Bissell pet pro carpet shampooed and I LOVE it. We laid new carpet this year, and then we got a puppy so I am very invested in making sure our carpet remains odour and stain free. The Bissell pet pro is very easy to use and removes all the little accidents my puppy does on the carpet and rugs. The carpets dry quite quickly (it is summer) and the Bissell cleaning solution smells fresh and clean. I like the ease of filling and emptying the machine. I also like how easy it is to take apart and put back together to clean the rollers and remove fluff build up.
I highly reccomend this machine and can’t wait to use the upholstery tool in my car.

With new carpet but a small dog, cat and kids, marks are sure to happen, but are now super easy to to clean up without wrecking my lovely carpet.
Also amazing on the car seats and lounge for a quick freshen up. So nice to get a product that’s quick and easy to use.

ABSOLUTELY LOVVEEEE BISSELL! First i purchased a bissell spotclean and it does a fantastic job cleaned my lounge, rugs & car upholstery with it, they all came up looking like new! 10/10 from me! I then purchased a bissell proheat revolution as i have a house full of carpet and all i can say is omg amazing i will never hire a carpet cleaner to clean my carpets again i could not fault this machine my carpets looked better than i can ever remember them being 10/10 again from me! Finally just last week i thought i need a new vacuum so off i went and tried out the bissell pet hair eraser vacuum in my local store & all i can say is there was no way i was going home without one! This machine is amazzzing i thought i was stuck with carpet that had flattened overtime but nope this vacuum has made my carpet soft and fluffy again. I love that hair dont get tangled on the roller and the attachments work unbelievably well to! I think it is safe to say i am addicted to bissell ❤

I recently purchased a new bissell pet hair eraser after my old vacuum died, I chose bissell as I also own a powerbrush premier which made my 20 year old carpet come up like new. All I can say is WOW I have had this vacuum for 3 weeks, I vacuum EVERY day and I am still filling the dirt tank daily because clearly my old KIRBY vacuum that cost an arm and a leg hasn’t been lifting anything out of the carpet for the last 3 years!! I can 100% recommend bissell vacuums they are AMAZING!

The Bissell Crosswave Pet has honestly changed my life! I’m a mum of 3, 2 are little ones who love throwing their food on the floor and leaving trails of crumbs wherever they go. Before I got my crosswave this meant a great deal of time each day was spent sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. It was exhausting! Now I just plug in my crosswave and the floor is spotless in minutes, and smells fresh and clean from the Bissell solution.
I have white matte tiles which did have some dirt ground in, but the scrubbing bristles of the crosswave managed to get rid of the dirt on its first run. It also handles long hair and fur amazingly, without it getting tangled around the roller brush.
Emptying the filters and cleaning the roller brush can be annoying, but it’s a VERY small price to pay for the convenience of this product. I’ve recommended it to so many friends! The price may seem expensive but definitely worth it for the hours it has saved me!
