Lovely experience always.. as a returning customer, when they recognise you and recommend based on your last buy, this is the kind of outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back.. and the exceptional quality of the garments, that is to be expected of this luxury Japanese brand.. love this shop!

People complaining that there's no in-store music which makes for an awkward shopping experience? Totally disagree. The focus is the fashion. And the staff are classy, helpful and wonderful. (Music can be obnoxious and neither the store or the products or the staff are obnoxious.)

Contrary to other reviews, we had a pleasant experience here so I feel it necessary to post a review. The team member who served us was chill, professional and super helpful. The store had more stock available than any stores we visited in Tokyo & Paris and overall it was a great experience. Ordinarily I'd shop around for a better price for their items but given the level or service we received, I was more than happy to pay full price for my items.

Love the new place compared to the prior little “hole in the wall” - airy and open and very clean. The staff were lovely however a little bit too attentive - gave me the impression they thought I was trying to steal something - there’s really no need to hover over someone for the entire duration of their visit, a bit too much.

Went in today was greeted by a lovely young Asian lady ( sorry didn't get her name) the shoes I was looking for where sold out but a really nice young man called kane looked after me he was super helpful really encouraged me to look around and try stuff on he even told me a story about the brand and its history Kane is a really lovely guy very welcoming and a great brand ambassador.
I ended up buying different shoes not the ones I came in for purely because I had a great experience.
I.woukd also like to say thank you again to the manger who was also fantastic again I didn't get her name

Had a lovely experience shopping today. Great range of colours and sizes, there seemed to be less available in the mens sizes. Mainly teeshirts. We were served by Kane who was very helpful and let us browse. It is good they issue face coverings for trying on the items. The knitwear looked lovely.

Tucked down a tiny little inconspicuous alleyway in an almost unmarked building, Comme des Garcons Melbourne stocks a small range of Play by CDG t-shirts, shoes, fragrances and a small range of ready to wear. If you are after a particular t-shirt or a particular size, I'd definitely recommend calling ahead as they carry minimal stock and are often out of sizes.
