Pullman Melbourne On The Park

The room is very cozy and has some lighting options, which I enjoyed. The bed is super comfortable and you can pick what kind of pillow you'd like, which is great! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It is very close to the trams and it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the city. There is also a lovely park nearby. I very much enjoyed my stay and wanted to stay longer.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. we were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to the Executive suite. We were unsure what to expect for this room but our expectations were blown away. The location was perfect for attending the footy. we will definitely be staying again.

We regularly come to Melbourne and have stayed at most 5 star properties in Melbourne. Our last stay at the Pullman was just prior to Covid. We thought we’d give it another try on this trip. We were blown away by the friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Rick at front desk was a true professional and greeted with a smile and chat. The room a suite was comfortable, spacious with exceptional views over Melbourne. Our experience in the club room was perfect with yummy food and comfortable seating. And to top if off our two nights of dining at the Cliveden restaurant, was fabulous. Great friendly staff, perfect ambiance and mouth watering food. Definitely a hotel we will return to on our next visit to Melbourne.

Short stay with hubby, and it was wonderful. Staff were fantastic, especially the restaurant servers and bar staff. Front of house and back of house work wonderfully. A relaxing lobby/bar area. Our room was perfect and comfortable.

I arrived at 1.30am extremely tired and couldn't even find the door to get in. The young man on the desk David was so lovely. Friendly, helpful and assisted me with my bags and finding the door! He orientated me to the hotel and made my extremely exhausting day a little brighter.

The hotel was very inviting and welcoming. The lobby smelled fresh and clean and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite and made to feel valued. Our ALL status was recognised and welcome drinks provided. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at Pullman on the Park far more than I was expecting! Being away from family isn't always the easiest but the Pullman was a home away from home. Always kind and helpful staff, special mention to the man in concierge that took this photo! I worked in the exec lounge for hours at a time, that place was amazing! Thank you to the kind and fun gentleman that made my breakfast and coffee with a big smile in the mornings. Made my day. Thanks for having me!

One of the best hotels to stay with clean and modern room. We stayed in the deluxe executive suite very comfortable. Parking downstairs may seem narrow but spaces are wide enough for 4WD size vehicle. Breakfast was great. Room service menu a bit steep but steak was very nice. Fish and lamb was average. Overall a great stay with friendly staff.

Used the gym quite a lot, it is functional but a bit small.

We used our stay free night reward and on arrival were upgraded, for which we were grateful. We enjoyed a light lunch and our room was ready for us 2.00pm. Our room on the 19th floor had an amazing view, very comfortable in every aspect (especially a makeup mirror!). Access to the lounge was enjoyed, with a large choice of canapes and drinks on offer. The environment was very relaxed, with an exceptional view of Melbourne. All staff were helpful and professional. Check out was a little slow and an additional staff member would have been helpful as the two ladies at reception were dealing with early arrivals.

From the email a few days out from our stay asking if we required anything to our seamless check out we had an extremely enjoyable break. The staff were all extremely accommodating, considerate of all our needs and our room very comfortable with a magnificent view of the MCG and the bay. The hotel is excellently located to explore the city and surrounds.

Great Hotel and after a little issue with parking availability, the staff work very well to sort out. Easy check in. Room very modern and clean. Breakfast was great and with great choices. Will stay again.

Sometimes a disability can make a visit to a hotel difficult, but right from the assistance via phone about parking, to the help with baggage, additional aids supplied to room all fabulous.
The food was first class and very much enjoyed.
Checkout was fast and efficient, and assistance to my car was given. Some may find it a little far from city centre, but perfect for tennis, footy, parks.

Once again, the Pullman Melbourne On the Park has delivered on its promise! We love the location close to the city, next to the Fitzroy Gardens, on a tram line and across from some kind of sporting venue. The view from the higher floors is superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the three nights we spend there.

The stay at the Pullman was excellent. We upgraded last minute to the doggy suite so we could bring our furry friend. Room and amenities were great. Breakfast excellent. The only negative experience was booking the stay. I ended up booking a mixture online and over the phone (I booked 2 rooms) but it wasn’t straight forward and the customer service wasn’t great.

It’s my third time staying here and I am still impressed with the features of the rooms - it is modern, sleek and the furnishings are just so tasteful. Cleaning was immaculate and the Front Office Staff who checked us in, Varada was very professional and courteous. Just one thing though - the bar staff was very dismissive when we availed our complimentary drink.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Pullman on the Park to enjoy the Australian Open tennis. Welcomed by friendly and professional staff, we found the hotel to be luxurious and classic in style. Our room was spacious, clean and modern with beautiful views across the park to the MCG and city skyline. Our king bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the proximity to the tennis venues and the ease to get to other parts of the city without the noise or the crowds. The gym was well appointed also and we enjoyed the sauna and pool too. We would happily stay again!

Prime position next to the MCG, bar staff very friendly. Food is amazing and the concierge staff are very accommodating.

The rooms are very clean, and serviced well.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. We will be back.

Came here for $39 buffet breakfast (special rate on offer to those completed Stadium Stomp, across the road). And I certainly got my money's worth! Buffet had hot and cold sweet and savoury offerings and there was so much to choose from! Had hot plate of mushrooms, beans, hashbrowns, tomato and multigrain toast. (Note you know those toaster conveyor belt things? I think they were invented by someone who doesn't like toast!). Then had 2 mini jam donuts! Also a refreshing juice of kale, celery and apple. And 2 coffees. One soy latte, which had to be made specially by Everton, the very professional Restaurant Manager behind the bar, so for next cup just got a long black from the coffee machine! The Cliveden Restaurant was lovely to sit in and truthfully I felt so at home I wanted to go up "to my room!". Anyway maybe one day....

Location is excellent, only a quick walk or scooter ride to the city and right across from the MCG. Bar and restaurant have excellent food, drinks and service, comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. No complaints, have stayed multiple times now and no reason to stay elsewhere.
