Highly recommend visiting Raffaele Ciuca in Armadale. If you aren't sure what style dress you like, it's a great place to start because they have such an amazing variety from an array of designers. I was lucky enough to have Maria help me and she was so lovely, super helpful and just a beautiful person! She made the experience unforgettable. The dress was beautiful and I am so happy with my choice. Thanks again to the wonderful team for a seamless experience!

Patricia kindly invited me to come in at closing time to try on a dress the other branch did not have. I was further assisted by Jo who helped me find the dress of my dreams and made me feel like a bride the entire experience! We stayed for an hour after trade and locked in the purchase! Thoroughly enjoyed the service and the experience the amazing staff offered! Thank you for making me so special!

I went to my first ever wedding dress appointment at Raffaele Ciuca in Armadale and it was and still is the best experience I have had trying on dresses thanks to Billy. Billy was so welcoming, kind and friendly and made the whole experience comfortable and inviting. The customer service was outstanding. I am still yet to choose a dress but the dresses at Raffaele Ciuca are at the top of my list so far. Highly recommend this place.

After having been to over a dozen bridal stores in the search for my dress, I wish I had been to see them sooner! The appointment was wonderful from start to finish. So many styles and designers to choose from!
Jo was absolutely amazing - patient, attentive, and so very kind. I did try on a few dresses but mentioned a dress that I'd seen on instagram just in passing. Jo immediately went to find the dress and encouraged me to try it on. I had my moment the minute I put the dress on and was able to take my time to appreciate the dress before purchasing it. Unlike a lot of other stores, there was no pressure to purchase, and neither was there any time pressure to end the appointment. I highly recommend Raffaele Cuica to other brides who want to have the best experience while looking for their dress and am so excited to wear my beautiful gown!

I was recommend Raffaele Ciuca by so many friends who had purchased their dresses there in the past. I was teamed up Maria and she was such a delight to deal with. She made me feel so comfortable. We did a meet and greet to understand what I was looking for in a dress. I tell you she nailed it! She walked off grabbed a few dresses for me to try while I browsed the shop picking a few.

After I picked a few dresses we were in the change room trying them on. I kept looking at a dress he had picked that was in front of me, we left it to last as she knew it was the dressed based on what I had described. We go there after trying on 6 – 8 others. Wow she nailed it. It was the dress and what I had always wanted. It was nearly the exact same as a dress I had seen 6 years before hand and that I said I want that dress as my wedding dress. Maria was so knowledgeable to has a great eye to what works and doesn’t. I highly recommend Maria and the whole team are Raffaele Ciuca. They were always so kind and lovely to deal with.

The ladies at Raffaele Ciuca Bridal were so lovely and accommodating. They made me feel really comfortable and like I could be myself. I was able to say yes to the dress in full confidence. I would 100% recommend them to any Bride.

I purchased the Olga Gown by Jessica Couture for my wedding in November 2022.

I had spotted the dress on Instagram and ordered it between lockdowns last year. I only tried a handful of dresses on, and despite it being over budget and not what I had in mind, it was the dress for me! The dress arrived in the expected time frame. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I also got the gown altered through Raffaele Ciuca in Brunswick. It was an easy process and the ladies were lovely. I felt confident leaving it in their capable hands as they had altered the same dress many times.

The dress made me feel like a princess with the full skirt and train. The beaded detailing was lovely. It was very well made and altered to perfection. It looked fantastic in photos and everyone commented how beautiful it was.

Our wedding was perfect as was the two gowns from Raffael Ciuca I wore. There were spectacular thank you xx

Yesterday I went in for my second bridal appointment ever. I started looking yesterday not thinking I would find my dress just yet. Billy in the Armadale store was so welcoming and I felt right at home from the beginning. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and she just made the process really easy for me. I went to one other store before this but it just wasn’t the same experience. She had fun with my family and I and made it into a really great experience. I found my dress and I really feel like I had that moment that they have in the movies. Thank you Billy ❤

I had my first experience with trying dresses on with RC. Elleni was my stylist and she was beyond beautiful and amazing! She truly cared and listened to everything I was after! She emotionally connected with me as well which touched me and made me feel like she really did care. I would highly recommend RC and Elleni.

I had the most incredible experience at Raffaele Ciuca Armadale with the beautiful Maria! From the start Maria was so helpful, kind and caring, she instantly felt like a part of the family! Her expertise was amazing, suggesting dresses she could tell were my style and showing different options with accessories. My bridesmaids, mum and I had the best experience in the bridal suite with champagne and chocolates, it was truly the most memorable first dress fitting!
After a second appointment I said yes to the dress and once again Maria made the day so special and exciting. Thank you so much Maria and Raffaele Ciuca, I can’t wait to come in again and pick up my dress!

Found my dress at Rafaelle Ciuca Armadale, the ladies were all super lovely and helpful. The alterations team in Brunswick were awesome too, even doing same day minor alterations the week before the wedding. I was worried about getting a form fitting dress but the team made sure every detail was perfect.

I have never felt so comfortable and supported than I did during my bridal appointment with Maria at Armadale. She made me feel so loved and beautiful.

I had THE best experience with Jo - she was just amazing and made the whole process so easy and fun. As soon as I walked in I saw a dress that was just singing to me, but it wasn’t a shape I usually wear and I didn’t think it would suit me. Jo encouraged me to try it on and OMG, it was stunning!! Just perfect and totally the one. She was then extremely patient while I tried on several other dresses that were more the original shape I had wanted, none of which compared to ‘my’ dress, the first one. The purchasing process was seamless and the dress arrived in plenty of time for our wedding, even though I hadn’t left a very long window to get everything sorted. I absolutely adored my dress, I felt so beautiful in my wedding day and all my guests were raving about it. I had wanted something a little different and RC totally delivered. From the moment we stepped foot in the door at Raffaele Ciuca Bridal we fell involve with the shop. They have the most amazing store with amazing dresses and amazing customer service. I had the beautiful Carmela who helped me chose the wedding dress of my dreams.

She made the experience less stressful and more enjoyable compared to other stores I had visited. After trying on a few dresses Carmela got a feel for my style and what suited me the best and picked out a dress she thought would suit me and I would love. The dress she picked for me is the dress I will be wearing on my wedding day!

I had the most amazing customer service experience with Ellen at the Armadale store. She was so welcoming and supportive! I loved a dress in a Trunk Show and she arranged for the dress to be back in for when my Mum was going to be in Melbourne to see it with me. I absolutely loved my dress and I can't thank Ellen and the Raffaele Ciuca team enough for all of their assistance.

I would absolutely recommend Raffaele Ciuca to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress. Carmela was incredibly patient and kind while I figured out exactly what I wanted (on my multiple visits!) and honest with her feedback. The Berta range is absolutely sublime, but be warned … once you try one on nothing else will do. I’m glad I deliberated and tried on as many dresses as I did, because the one I chose is perfect.
