Daniel is a lifesaver. I never thought I would ever give a 5-star review to a lawyer (unheard of?), but Daniel was amazing! After suffering through 18 months with an awful builder, and being told by our prior lawyers that we would have to go through DBDRV and then VCAT (which would have meant 6+ months of suffering with our home held ransom by the builder), we called Daniel for advice based on his extraordinarily high Google reviews.

Daniel found a way to get us our home back quickly (26 days) and gave us flawless advice throughout the process. Daniel and his team were honest and upfront with fees (and revised their fees promptly and in advance as the matter progressed), and accounted for all of their time on invoices, so there were no arguments raised about money along the way. They were worth every cent, and we are SO glad we found Daniel.

If you have a dodgy builder and are reading this because you feel trapped, give Daniel a call ASAP – he is an absolute legend and knows construction law inside out (don’t go with a general lawyer – pay for good advice).
