A warm friendly welcome from Elei and we knew we were somewhere special! And the reviews were accurate. Fantastic Lebanese food! We shared eggplant dip with warm soft fresh bread, quinoa salad, tabbouleh salad, falafels, and chicken and lamb kebabs - all fresh and delicious! Attentive and professional service from Elei and his team. Loved our first but definitely not our last visit. Byo too.

One of the finest place to eat. The whole experience was just amazing. The food is very tasty and nicely presented. Service is great. You can book the table so no dramas no wait or disappointments. Plenty of parking in the back. Belly dance was good. I wish i can give them more stars

This beautiful restaurant is rich with culture and authentic Lebanese meals. The hummus is very smooth and a MUST try! The chicken rice was definitely a highlight! We loved all the food here, so it's hard to go wrong. The staff are very accomodating and have a strong passion for giving their customers a special experience. Throughout the week they have belly dancers and bands! Go try it out!

A lovely night out with our friends at @zikrayatlebanesemelbourne for a delicious Lebanese dinner. We went with the banquet because it is so much easier than making choices. The night included a fun visit from the local belly dancer!

The only minor gripe was the staff were a bit overwhelmed and while they were very friendly they were also inattentive. It didn’t really take away from the night but it was noticeable.

A delicious taste of a true Lebanese cuisine. The chef cook at this restaurant really knows how to balance a perfect mix between Australian taste, Lebanese flavour and authentic spice.
Elie and his staff are charming and very freindly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves to taste and enjoy the super delicious Lebanese food.

Each dish had its own distinct flavour (the meat cigar was a favourite).
Salads were crunchy fresh (you can tell it was made to order).
Mains meat were succulent on the inside and charred just right on the outside. With juices flavouring the bed of rice pilaff, shows how deliciously simple a dish can be without complicating flavours!
All washed down by a love bottle of Lebanese Rosè.
The rice pudding and Lebanese coffee added the perfect round off to the banquet.

My friends and I went for dinner to celebrate my birthday before lockdown and we had a magnificent time. There was 10 of us and we all had a marvellous experience. Service was magnificent as was the food. We had a banquet which allowed us to try a variety of foods. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything and they have a great range of drinks too!! Most definitely worth trying out !

The experience was superb from the minute we walked in. What a original deign. it does have the Middle Eastern feel. Sam's friendly service was a highlight. On his suggestion, we did shared banquet for two which was absolutely delicious. Music at the background was nice, middle eastern. We have really enjoyed it. You know you have found a great restaurant when you are in good mood, crave the food and want to go back for more. And we shall definitely.

Great place to go for dinner as a group or a couple. We were walks in on a Saturday night and got a table for 2 easily. The kind waiter Eli recommedned the banquet for 2 which was a great amount of food with delicious dips, fresh bread, and a serving of entrees and main dishes. Also, try their fresh lemonade, it was delicious.

Spectacular food suits omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I wanted to celebrate something today. I walked past Zikrayat and thought a new place to try. I was greeted and seated politely and without fuss. I thought I would try the Kofta, which was 3 lamb skewers on rice with tahini and salad. Delicious, well balanced and so tasty. The home made lemonade was delicious and I picked up a box of mix sweets at the counter. It came to $52, I was full and the sweets, should last (hopefully) at least a week. My birthday is coming up, next month, this is where I will be celebrating, with friends and family.

Delicious food and great service. I ordered the seafood banquet. The food was very tasty and the presentation was good too. My fish fillet on a bed of rice was cooked to.perfection and almost melted in my mouth.

Cannot rave enough about the delicious food at this place! We had the meat banquet ($55 per person) and every single dish was divine. From the crunchy pickled vegetables to the chargrilled lamb sausage and the still warm puffy homemade flatbread, everything was perfectly seasoned and subtly complex in flavour. Best date night yet 👌

Brilliant food, brilliant service and brilliant atmosphere 10/10. Dined in on Friday night and enjoyed the meat banquet for two with my partner. Advised the waiter for a gluten free option and was met with a wonderful gluten free Lebanese banquet! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more 👍

What a gem nestled on Glenferrie Road in Malvern. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Warm and attentive hospitality upon arrival and throughout the night. Didn’t realise that Saturday nights are set menu, however the owner (Rami - we think!) gave us the option of an a la carte menu as it was our first time dining. We were happy with any choices on the menu - all the food that came out was simply amazing.

All traditional tasting Lebanese food with impeccable service to follow. There was not one dish you could fault, we were provided with recommendations. All food was made fresh, meats/seafood all cooked to perfection with good smooth tasting Lebanese wine to follow. If you do dine in on a Saturday night you’re in for a treat - belly dancing! Taking the atmosphere to another level. The dancer is interactive with the crowd and so is the owner - its super fun! There is simply nothing we could fault with our experience at Zikrayat Lebanese Restaurant from food to service. Go get some home made deliciousness and support a family owned restaurant - definitely will be back and thank you to Rami and the crew.

So happy with my meal, the chicken is such high quality, you can tell this family run business takes pride in their food and sharing their culture.

Incredible place with very tasty traditional Lebanese food. Homemade feel and taste. Great customer service, clean and friendly.
